According to my wife, she posted a number of prayer threads on FR. In that regard, we will miss her greatly.

The classless gloating of Trump supporters has worn thin with us over the past month. I'm now down to my support of Cruz...that's it. There is nothing inspirational about the messaging from Mr. Trump, something I look for when I vote for POTUS.

So go ahead, Trumpsters, and direct your ire at me. I've been here over 17 years, and you aren't going to run me off. You might want to change tactics and start reaching out in an effort to build a coalition, instead of telling everybody they're dumbasses and idiots for not following Trump lock, stock, and barrel.

Well, it is sad to see a Class of ‘98 flame out this way.

libbylu was a nasty, vile person when it came to Trump, and she bears a lot of responsibility for the acrimony on this board now.

Even so, I saw this thread start in real time last night and asked the mods to pull the thread, because she obviously had a meltdown.

But, in their wisdom, the thread was not pulled and a lot of folks got to express their disdain for this poster, and the disdain was well deserved unfortunately.

Let’s be mindful of our Freeper friends who hold a different opinion or who support a different candidate, and keep the discourse out of the realm of playground taunts.

I’ll try to do better myself—I can always improve.

After 17 years here, I am convinced that Freepers are the finest people and patriots around today, and I am glad to be numbered with them.
