If you have dropped cable, but have a household full of sports nuts, what if any, solutions have others come up with to drop cable, go Roku, and still watch the games?

Dropping cable when the next season of 'Alaska: The Last Frontier' is over, sometime in February 2016.
Sorry, I have no suggestions. FOXnews showing their true colors was the final deal breaker for me.

I have Direct TV. The picture for me is better than something like Timer Warner cable.
They have great deals on two year contracts and you can get the programing you need on their many sports channel feeds.
I have two places and could have had one account, gotten two sets of receivers and paid one lower price instead of two bills.

If you have Roku, you can subscribe to various major league sports channels. Prices vary. Or you could subscribe to SlingTV for $20 per month for ESPN and other channels. Cheaper than cable.

Thanks!
But, it looks like you have to watch re-runs and are not able to watch live games. Is this true?

What about that odd looking box thing with knobs on it and a dial, called a radio?

Dropping Cable But What About NFL MLB NBA Sports? Any Ideas? I believe you can purchase the "NFL Sunday Package" - all games of all teams - if you are on the Playstation Network.

I subscribe to the MLB program. It gives me any MLB game that is aired and I can watch them archived which is good since my time zone is weird. I have the choice of home or away broadcast.
In the rare event of a blacked out game I use Cyber Ghost and pretend I am in England.
It is about $100.00 per year including the playoffs
