This gun store is trying to make a movie. The link is to a 10 minute pilot. They need likes and exposure on YouTube. Pretty well done - I would much rather watch this than the idiots in The Walking Dead who seem incapable of doing anything other than offering themselves up as food for zombies.
I posted under activism as I'm trying to rally support for these folks. Hope that's correct.

Preppers’ PING!!
This is a promo for a independent prepper movie. I do think that the demonstration of ‘Grey Man’ used in the beginning of the clip is a good demo of the concept. If you do have to go out dure shtf you want to be as non discript as possible. You want to be drity and even stink, you want to move as if you have no where to be or go no walking in a straight line nor hurried movements. A dirt weather worn blanket to cover your weapons, and the worse pair of shoes you can find.
Hat tip to laplata for the heads up

Thanks for the ping. It was ok, however fire and “smoke” should be delayed. This is especially the case in unfamiliar and not secured surroundings.

A couple days growth wouldn’t hurt either.

Any recommendations for THE best survival manual. The best single book for things like water purification barrels, must have appliances/devices? I’m talking about a guide for after you have survived the initial catastrophe and need to make it possible to live off the grid.

Not familiar with any single source (hmmm - business opportunity?). I’m not expecting the US to go to that level any time soon.
What I am expecting is a massive stock and currency crash at some point - even as soon as the next couple of months. Which is going to mean unprecedented unemployment lasting years.
