Does it involve abortion?
And if you believe that.....
And they’ve eliminated poverty and baldness, too. Wow, those Commies are so brilliant. That’s why everyone’s trying to get into their marvelous countries.
And yet, the country has chronic shortages of antibiotics.
This stuff reads like North Korean propaganda.

Observant ... Cuba , like the Soviet Union in it’s heyday , has a 90%+ abortion rate ,,, it’s not much of a stretch to mandate that all pregnant women with HIV abort.. I trust their numbers less than I trust Obama’s U3 unemployment numbers.
They probably shot everyone who had it.
North Korea has already cured AIDS, cancer and Ebola. What took Cuba so long?
I don’t believe it.
Maybe they don’t know about the mass graves.
Works every time.
You beet me to it. I was going to say, it is called abortion. Dead babies don’t get HIV.
I remember reading something early on in the AIDS epidemic, when American homosexuals were resisting common-sense measures like shutting down the bath houses, that Cuba was isolating those with AIDS from the general population. That would be an effective way to minimize the spread of the virus. They seem to have a much lower prevalence even today than nearby countries like the Bahamas, Haiti, or the Dominican Republic so maybe that tactic worked. (I say “seem to” because who knows how accurate their medical statistics are.)

It’s probably simply abortion or infanticide. Dead babies don’t suffer with disease.
