As I recall, Sheriff Joe was going to come out with a “big announcement” about the Obama birth certificate back in June or July. I’m still waiting for that one.

Basically Colmes asks Arpaio whether he is still intent on eventually charging Barry with forging his BC and Arpaio says yes, but he is not ready yet to go public with the forensic details. Colmes tries to get some advance notice for the White House but fails to get Arpaio to spill any details.
Nothing new here, except that this is a Rupert Murdock/Roger Ailes media outlet, even though it has a tiny audience for this particular “talent”.
At 6:15 they get into it ! Surprisingly, Arpaio refuses to give any support for his position ? With all due respect, how can he possibly state he “needs more time” ? This has been going on forever and unlike Fox news, Colmes gives him a wide open door and he refuses to walk through it ? Hey, how about the term “African American” on the BC for starters ? In 1961, the exclusive term for the black race on all State docs was “Negro”, NOT African American ! Zullo has expressed frustration over the fact that NO ONE (not even FOX) will air their findings ! Why Arpaio is so reticent is beyond me ? These are the moments we’ve been waiting for ! UGH !
Investigators do not tell the media what they have prior to going to a court. It would tip off the Obamistas on who to harass if he named professional witnesses and evidence that has been obtained so far.

Obama’s lawyer, Alexandra Hill, admitted that the image of Obama’s birth certificate was a forgery and made the absurd claim that, therefore, it cannot be used as evidence to confirm his lack of natural born citizenship status. Therefore, she argued, it is “irrelevant to his placement on the ballot”.
Hill went on to contort reasoning by implying that Obama needs only invoke his political popularity, not legal qualifications, in order to be a candidate.
With all due respect to Seizethecarp, when (if) this case ever gets off the ground, the White House won’t need “advance notice” to file responses. They already have a staff of debunkers and attorneys ready to refute all of these findings so why not at least get some SORELY NEEDED airplay to the masses so they can at least hear a SAMPLE of the truth ?? The more curiousity that can be generated, the more support Arpaio may have if and when this ever goes forward. Why not tell Colmes how Zullo was treated (mistreated) when making simple requests in HI. No state official would show the investigative staff ANYTHING. Why not shove this fact into Colmes face and ask him how Bambi can make the claim of having “The most transparent Admin ever” ? Are you frigin’ kiddin’ me, Alan ? Not just BC and college records, but also ALL medical records, passport records, etc. ? What’s the resaon for all the secrecy Alan ?
After the mysterious death of the official in Hawaii, people are probably afraid to testify.
For starters, the GOP doesn’t take over the Senate until January and new officers who might have some ethics don’t take office in Hawaii until January either, IIRC.
It is state officers in HI who are custodians of the records that the corrupt governor Abercrombie and his stooge appointees will no longer control in January that might suddenly be available for inspection without obstruction, if Congress were to ask to see them come January.
Democrats in January looking to get Hillary elected and realizing that Barry is killing the party and endangering the national defense may well be ready to see Clown VP Biden as the lesser of two evils!
Barry removing Hagel to enable insertion of another pass-through idiot who will take orders from Susan Rice and Valerie Jarrett will destroy the nation so this might prompt a stealth Democrat counter-coup in the form of greasing the skids to led Sheriff Arpaio’s evidence come to the surface! “Who knew that Barry was such a big fat liar? If Arpaio hurries it up, and comes out with the proof that Obama’s birth certificates are frauds, we might still have enough time to get Obama thrown out of office in 4 or 5 years.
Obama's birth certificate did not say "African American" for the race of his father. His father was African but not American.
He may die of old age if this goes much longer
