Basically Colmes asks Arpaio whether he is still intent on eventually charging Barry with forging his BC and Arpaio says yes, but he is not ready yet to go public with the forensic details. Colmes tries to get some advance notice for the White House but fails to get Arpaio to spill any details.

Nothing new here, except that this is a Rupert Murdock/Roger Ailes media outlet, even though it has a tiny audience for this particular “talent”.

With all due respect to Seizethecarp, when (if) this case ever gets off the ground, the White House won’t need “advance notice” to file responses. They already have a staff of debunkers and attorneys ready to refute all of these findings so why not at least get some SORELY NEEDED airplay to the masses so they can at least hear a SAMPLE of the truth ?? The more curiousity that can be generated, the more support Arpaio may have if and when this ever goes forward. Why not tell Colmes how Zullo was treated (mistreated) when making simple requests in HI. No state official would show the investigative staff ANYTHING. Why not shove this fact into Colmes face and ask him how Bambi can make the claim of having “The most transparent Admin ever” ? Are you frigin’ kiddin’ me, Alan ? Not just BC and college records, but also ALL medical records, passport records, etc. ? What’s the resaon for all the secrecy Alan ?

If there were a criminal charge it would have been made, but it is a political charge... to wit the campaign for Congress to bring charges.

Time's up - SPILL THE BEANS. There will be no better time.

P.S. There is NO WAY "Obama" is a natural born citizen - we all know it and judges lie to kick the can. They go so far as to cite Jimmy Stewart fantasy movies rather than law. Every one of these people, Surrick through to SCOTUS, are cowards AND TRAITORS.
