What movie should have had a sequel?
Posted on 07/12/2014 8:29:26 PM PDT by MNDude
Most of the times, it is better off if the sequel to a movie was not made. There are probably a few movies that would have been nice to have one. Which movie(s) do you think should have had a sequel?

They even tried to do a TV series but apparently there were too many hurdles.

I would trade 100 Transformers, Batmans, Supermans, X-Men, Hellboys, Bournes, etc., for one more season of Firefly.

How about “Collateral”? The sequel would NOT have Tom Cruise and we’d get to see Jamie Foxx’s character make his dream a reality but with unexpected ‘difficulties.’
It’s a surprisingly good movie for what I expected. Yes, Cruise still acts like his crazy self.
“Collateral” trailer.

The One. Starting from the Stygian Penal Colony, Hades Universe. It could be called The One 2.

Battlefield Earth. Many hated this movie but I loved it and the second half of the book is great.

Holy cow, I was just about to say ‘Big Trouble in Little China.’ Also agree with Remo Williams.
Others I would have enjoyed sequels for:
Serenity
Willow
Mystery Men
