The filmmaker behind Bowling for Columbine has responded to calls for comment following the latest U.S. mass shooting.
Michael Moore wrote a Facebook post describing America's national symbol as the gun, not the bald eagle.
'With due respect to those who are asking me to comment on last night’s tragic mass shooting ... I no longer have anything to say about what is now part of normal American life,' Moore wrote.
'Everything I have to say about this, I said it 12 years ago,' he said, referencing his 2002 documentary in which he explored the possible causes of the horrific Columbine High School massacre in 1999 carried out by teens Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold.

I couldn’t give two craps about what Michael Moore thinks about white males. This week alone whites have been called “privileged” and now “disturbed”. Is that all you liberals got against us. Bring on the next slur, fat boy. Tell us how you really feel.
As a gentlemen of the South would say, “Michael, you can kiss my lilly white a$$”. Ain’t no question about it, I’m white and from the South and proud of it. And YOU ain’t. And for that I’m proud too.

Gosh, those dastardly white males! Is there NOTHING good about them? Except for inventing everything? Oh, I forgot. They stole all the inventions from the people of color who REALLY invented them.
I'm guessing they are being raised by disturbed women. Women who probably themselves had mental illness. While people complain about the absent father, I am guessing that some of these women drove their husbands/boyfriends away because of extreme dysfunctionality (or attracted abusive men because of their emotional neediness). They end up forming unhealthy bonds with the sons.
Apparently this guy Rodgers was very close to his mother, who probably indulged him. (There might also be a biogenetic component, as mentally ill parents pass on their genes.)
People complain, "Where is the father?" I often wondered, "What about the mother?" A lot of guys are growing up with rage & hate thanks to women who shouldn't really be having children in the first place.
(For the record, I'm a woman, and one who grew up with a disturbed mother. My older brother was majorly messed up; hated women, particularly strong ones.)
When do super rich follywood liberals like Moore stop lying about their wealth, capitalism, the economy, guns, GW Bush, Ronald Reagan, white males, Christians, Vets?

Don’t be hoodwinked by his casual demeanour and capitalism rants – Michael Moore’s millions make him one of the richest men in American media.
Film-maker Moore, 60, made his name for anti-establishment politics with Capitalism: A Love Story (2009) and Fahrenheit 9/11 (2004) – accruing a multi-million dollar fortune in the process.
Moore’s impressive property portfolio was laid bare during divorce proceedings from his wife of 22 years, Kathleen Glynn.
The political controversialist finalised his split from 58-year-old Glynn on Tuesday in a US court in northern Michigan, where the couple owns a £1.2m lakeside home.
The 10,000 square-foot luxury pad is one of nine properties belonging to the couple, who wed in Flint, Michigan, in 1991.
Moore shares his time between his home state and New York City, where he owns a Manhattan apartment.
The couple did not disclose how their fortune would be divided, with Moore commenting on his Facebook page: “Kathleen and Michael have mutually and amicably reached a divorce settlement.”
In an ironic postscript, Moore added a clip of Bruce Springsteen’s Rosalita (Come Out Tonight) to the update. The divorce proceedings had been ongoing since June last year
The most dangerous people in the country would be members of islamic terror cells.
The second most dangerous are uninformed or ignorant voters.
The third most are the politicians they have elected.
