From the way you come into Conroe, turn left onto 75 at HEB and go down to Dallas St., and turn right, which is street were post office is. He is on the right just passed where the post office is. Other side of road from post office. He's on ground floor looking out on parking lot.

He is not a young man and he is big and looks like Santa Claus with a big white beard - just like Santa Claus's beard. He has a good sense of humor and really knows his computer stuff. It was just pure luck I picked him out of the phone book - it looked like the closest place for me to go but I figured he would be some kid that would take me to the cleaners about money and that surely didn't happen. When I told him I thought I would need to pay more, he said just tell people about him.
What anti-virus software are you using?
Is he the owner/proprietor of Conroe Business Solutions? I have passed there often and noticed the place, wasn’t sure what went on there.
Yes, it is just him, the two times I’ve been there, he is the only one there. It’s his business by himself I believe.
Malwarebytes
The only three times we had computer problems, the IT’s that wifes company use couldn’t fix them except to reformat. I fixed them myself without reformatting them. Virus removal is not difficult most of the time on personal machines. A big company with unique software may be more challenging and I would be stumped, like the company’s software program that my wife works with.
That’s good one, I scan with it regularly, also with Avira and Microsoft Security Essentials. I used Avira for about 4yrs, before adding MS. SE a few weeks ago.
This pc I’m on right now died about a year ago..I switched to a laptop, then it had problems..
I started this one up, and kept getting the black screen, then a blue screen..After I started it up, and shut it down about ten times, it worked..The problem was one of my drivers, (the mouse)I think.
Luckily, it’s worked since then. I did buy a 69 dollar tablet with a keyboard from Walmart for a backup. It’s great, except for the 7” screen size.
You can even say to it “freerepublic.com”, and it brings it up..
I’ve been trying to make time to go through my seeds to see what I need to order..Wow, except for my Tycoon tomato seeds, which should arrive tomorrow, I have seeds for everything else I want to plant.
In fact, I have seeds I never got around to planting last year because of space limitations in my garden.
“I did buy a 69 dollar tablet with a keyboard from Walmart for a backup. Its great, except for the 7 screen size.”
I’m using this old one but it’s not easy to type on but at least I’m here. They keyboard needs to be cleaned out I think as some keys are cranky.
Just for kicks, I’ll take this mouse I’m using on the old computer as the mouse is a new one I had, and put it on my laptop and see if anything happens. That message that appeared and went off said, “A device has..” and computer went off.
AhA! I GOT IT BACK! I’ll go to that computer to write what I did.
I have a wireless mouse on this computer so I unplugged the little gizmo from the usb port and tried to start it again. I punched a few times and up it came. It said it had shut down wrong and would start in regular mode unless I stopped it. It started and it was fine.
I think it needed to have that power thing out of that port as it was two other ports I think caused the problem. I had two usb ports with my e-cigs in them to re-charge. When the computer went to sleep having those in those two ports screwed up the sequence some way.
Taking out the power plug for my wireless mouse just made it get its act together and come on again. I've got the wireless mouse connected again and it's fine. It had to be those two devices the computer was telling me about when it went off.
No need to go to computer guy tomorrow, thank goodness.
Either that, or you need to buy a usb charging port for your e-cigs that has NOTHING to do with your computer.

“Ive been trying to make time to go through my seeds to see what I need to order..”
Being new to this, ordering seeds was a nightmare. It will be easier next time as I won’t use all these seeds this year so will have some left of all of them.
Glad everyhing is good.. I was worried about you going out into Flu/Germ World..
“you need to buy a usb charging port for your e-cigs that has NOTHING to do with your computer.”
I have a case with it that plugs into the wall with a usb port and it charges ONE cig. I have to have more charging or I run out before a single one can charge. I won’t put two on my computer any more. I could put one on Bill’s computer and that would work.
I wonder if those two ports on that side of this computer are ruined??? I don’t want to put anything in one afraid I’ll blow the computer again. The wireless device was always on the other side of computer in a usb port.
“I was worried about you going out into Flu/Germ World..”
Shoot, I didn’t even think of that. As long as the computer man would be okay, I’d be all right as there never is anyone but maybe one customer in there at a time. However, I need to stay in as it’s hard not to pass someone when you are out.

I'm a germaphobe..I figure with all the people at malls, grocery stores, Holiday gatherings and parties..They've all been infected with something contagious..
I wonder if any of you have started blackberries or other fruit like that, from the plants a grower sends you? I have three of them, each planted in a large container in new potting soil mix and I followed what they said as how to plant them.
Each one has roots, a base and three sticks. The sticks are just sticks doing nothing. Yesterday, I gently with a fingernail barely got some outer “wood” color off and it is green under there with all of them. The very top of the sticks look dead. I wonder if the tops should be cut off? And, if that is true, maybe do it after what is likely the last frost? Or do I just leave them alone?
Do you mean a box that plugs into the wall and has four usb ports on it? There is a device like that?
