Terry O’Sullivan, president of the 600,000-plus-member Laborers’ International Union of North America (LiUNA), often referred to as the Laborers’ Union, said that if Obamacare is not fixed, then “it needs to be repealed.”
At a convention in Las Vegas of the AFL-CIO, with which the Laborers’ Union is affiliated, O’Sullivan took to the podium to endorse a proposition and then launched into a criticism of Obamacare, how it is hurting union members’ health coverage, and demanded it be fixed, adding that if it is not fixed, labor will make the issue a “big fricking deal.” …
He continued, “We can’t have the unintended consequences for the proud men and women that we represent to be collateral damage in the health care fight in this country. We’re getting our a-- kicked here, there, and everywhere when it comes to retirement security—and now our health and welfare funds are under siege.” …

Well, if you're ineligible for the office in the first place, and you know that all of CONgress knows it, and they know that you know that they all know it and didn't do anything to prevent and won't do anything to correct it, then you pretty much have carte blanche to do whatever you wish.

I hope so. The hard part is that however much it resounds with us little people, we have to try to make it resound with those who quite frankly probably don’t give a rip. People like John McCain, who basically says that since Obama was able to steal -er, win - the 2012 election the whole process has to roll over and serve Obama’s wishes. The people elected R’s to control the House, which controls the purse strings. That is a mandate, just as much as a Presidential election, which is supposed to involve the simple ENFORCEMENT/EXECUTION of what the lawmakers decide. McCain and others like him would not say that voters choosing a R House and Senate means that Obama is duty-bound to give up his veto power. We all know that the checks and balances are here for a reason. So why the heck do most of these critters act like it is their duty to NOT do what the Constitution REQUIRES them to do: be a check and balance?

You cant fix something that isnt fixable.
Somebody with balls needs to include an amendmant in of these Bills that says, “Since Congress and staffers, Union workers and a myriad of other people are exempted from ObamaCare, Forthwith EVERY citizen of the US is exempted. Equal protection under the law.” Case closed.
