I hope it wasn’t the same kind of moose assault I read about the other day.

A few years ago, while nearing the end of the winding road in Rocky Mountain National Park, I remember seeing a guy with his baby daughter on his sholders wading to a bull moose in knee deep water. Apparently, seeing the animal at a 100 yards wasn’t good enough.
The moose looked perplexed. I was too. Lol. Didn’t read about him in the newspaper or hear about him in the news. He must have been okay.

I am in the Maine woods a lot, and the one animal I am very wary of is a moose. Especially in spring.

The President’s wife should stay out of Grand Lake when she is visiting during moose mating season.

She’s somebody’s sister.
And be kind to our web-footed friends, for they could be somebody’s mother.
