Very true, I too prefer my slippers to be slobber soaked — NOT!
On the other hand, my cat sleeps on my slippers and leaves them nice and warm when I get up and slip them on and I don’t have to expose myself the cold to let the cat out to take a dump in the morning; he’s smart enough to use the litter box.
