Here is a list of most of the companies that applied for and received exemptions from Obamacare. The original list was removed from the http://cciio.cms.gov/ website.

I will not be doing business with any company that doesn't want to share in our new found prosperity. (I need that money to fund my new obligations to the government)

You forgot to list the U.S. Congress and the U.S. Senate.

They are also exempt, and they passed this albatross.

There MUST BE a Constitutional Amendment that makes the Congress and Senate IMMEDIATELY subject to *ANY* *AND* *ALL* laws that are enacted by them and signed by the POTUS.

How can a company be exempted from a “tax”? This creates an unfair competitive advantage, and I am assuming that the employees of these companies still get to participate in the “benefits” that the rest of us get to pay for.

Notice how many of these exemptions are given to Unions and Schools (Teacher’s Unions).

I think this whole thing is a backdoor bailout of the American Government.

Insurance companies hold most of their money in Government bonds.

US Government agrees to make every American pay those insurance companies and act as the collector through the IRS.

Insurance companies agree to put a healthy portion of their collections into US Government bonds since demand is on the decline for them through the existing market.
