Schumer, Reid, Geithner Promise the country will fall if Obama doesn't get his budget deal

These three Dem clowns are tag-teaming each other now live. They are promising that unless Obama gets his new taxes by 2 August, the country will be destroyed: no Boy Scouts, no IRS, no FBI, no Border Patrol, no school lunches for schools (indeed, all schools may be forced to close), no Social Security checks, no military retiree checks, etc. I am not making this up. In between these screeds, AARP is running terror ads telling seniors they will all die in the street without Social Security.
I have never seen such a display of mendacity and outright fraud by the Dems, which says a lot about them.
Will the scare tactics work?

For over four years now the democrats have been sawing away at the US support columns, now don't you just think it's mighty sweet of them to warn us it's gonna fall?
If there were any three people in the USA that lie anymore than Reid, Shumer, and Geithner, I don't know who they are.
GOP stick by your guns...the AARP is a liberal claptrap and obama worshiping organization, I have severed all ties with them.
I would rather go through a rough period, let it faulter, and rebuild it right than to cave to obama and company and live under their tyranny.
The biggest trademark for the democrat party is gloom and doom...scare tactics to get power because their socialist ideas suck.
They are desparate and flailing at bugs with 2x4's because things are not going their way - for a change.
The know without money they lose power, it's all they've got. If we give them the increase it will be like giving Popeye more spinach, tomorrow they will unlease a bevy of new taxes, controls and regulations. STop them now.
GOP...stop them now before it's too late.

if he hadn’t done that dumb stimulus, he could probably make it to the 2012 election without having to raise it again.

If “falling” means no good losers who prefer not to work in favor of living off of others will be faced with the prospect of having to either [gasp] work or riot and kill, then bring it the hell on! Cut their damned budget, cut up their EBTs, delete their BS programs and cut all their damned subsidies. We cannot afford any more guilt-money to assuage them

And just what makes you think those numbers in the “Official Treasury Report” are any more real than the numbers were real on the Enron books?

Well, those contractors that are RELYING on the Federal gov’t for millions and billions in revenue, they will not get paid.
Federal employees will not get paid.
But since our tax Revenue is not going up significantly for the forseeable future (as opposed to what Dems think), deficts will remain every year, adding to the debt, if we don’t drastically cut Federal spending.
We are already making the Federal Reserve the only interested buyer of Treasury debt, and they’re just printing money to buy the debt, in essence.
At some point very soon, all Central banks will dump the dollar, the value of the dollar will collapse, and the cost of crude oil from foreign nations, including Canada, will skyrocket. This will push consumer inflation through the roof, while paychecks sluggishly follow.
The longer the Federal government waits to put the brakes on borrowing and adapt an austerity budget that is austere for the Federal government - not SS and MedC - the bigger the bubble will be when it breaks.
MHO...

I forgot the little tax cheat Timmy Geithner. Why is this a**hole running the Treasury Department instead of sitting in a cell wearing an orange jumpsuit? Little Timmy is creepy.

I don't see a downside

Little Timmy is creepy. Yes, he is. He reminds me of a 14-year-old his mom just caught while he was masturbating.

It’s really too bad that Sarah Palin can’t schedule an “important” live press conference, which would invite harsh scrutiny from the media lackeys.
And then, after announcing that “Our President is lying to America and it has to stop!”, report all the reasons why the so-called debt ceiling crisis is just a dirty trick being played on America by the Democrats.

What budget deal? He hasn’t had a budget plan since he’s been in office. He only knows one thing, spend, spend, spend.

The GOP should start an “adopt a local senior should Obama cut off their funding” program. That would showcase the generosity of conservatives and pure evil of liberals.
