According to sources who watch the inner workings of the federal government, a smackdown of Barack Obama by the U.S. Supreme Court may be inevitable. Ever since Obama assumed the office of President, critics have hammered him on a number of Constitutional issues.
Critics have complained that much, if not all of Obama’s major initiatives run headlong into Constitutional roadblocks on the power of the federal government.
Obama certainly did not help himself in the eyes of the Court when he used the venue of the State of the Union address early in the year to publicly flog the Court over its ruling that the First Amendment grants the right to various organizations to run political ads during the time of an election.
The tongue-lashing clearly did not sit well with the Court, as demonstrated by Justice Sam Alito, who publicly shook his head and stated under his breath, ‘That’s not true,’ when Obama told a flat-out lie concerning the Court’s ruling.

That is quite the laundry list against Obama and without include 2 more cases: the huge case of Gunwaker and the lesser case of Obama refusing to follow the courts order to lift the moratorium on drilling in the Gulf.
Without a doubt, Obama’s administration is run far more like a Chicago Mafia than like Nixon’s minor paranoid corruption.
I hope and pray the Roberts Court goes after all of these things. I would love to see Obama in front of Roberts explaining why he used a Connecticut social security number while at high school in Hawaii.
Mostly I just want to see Obamacare overturned.
The analogy between Obamacare and car insurance is completely false.
Obamacare requires you to self-insure against illness and injury. You are purchasing insurance in case of medical ailment to yourself.
There is no such thing regarding car insurance. No state in America requires you to purchase Collision Insurance, to insure your own car against loss or damage in an accident. The insurance states require you to have is liability insurance. You are required to be insured against your liability damaging someone elses car in an accident you cause, or injuring or killing someone in an accident you have.
The car insurance you are required to have is to compensate others for the damage you cause. Nobody cares if you lose your car in an accident and you are not required to carry insurance to repair or replace your car.
By contrast, Obamacare does not require you to insure against damaging others, it is requiring you to insure yourself against medical illness or injury.
That is CLEARLY unconsitutional, and the comparison between Obamacare and car insurance is completely false.
I’m hoping they rule Obamacare un-Constitutional as fast as possible.
The people of this administration; etc deserve nothing short of scorn.
Second, sources state that the Roberts court has quietly accepted information concerning discrepancies in Obama’s history that raise serious questions about his eligibility for the office of President.
The charge goes far beyond the birth certificate issue. This information involves possible fraudulent use of a Social Security number in Connecticut, while Obama was a high school student in Hawaii.
The card was applied for at that time, but this is no high school prank by Obama; he used this SS # as an adult multiple times.
This could invalidate his presidency. Remember that there must have been a reason for using a phony SS#. No one with a real one would bother to trump up one.

Very true. If you can provide proof to your state that you are fiscally responsible with either a bank statement or putting up a T-Bond, interest earning T-Bond I might add, in your name you don’t need to purchases auto insurance.
