Obama may be in deep troubleā€¦ Chief Justice John Roberts, U.S. Supreme Court

According to sources who watch the inner workings of the federal government, a smackdown of Barack Obama by the U.S. Supreme Court may be inevitable. Ever since Obama assumed the office of President, critics have hammered him on a number of Constitutional issues.

Critics have complained that much, if not all of Obama’s major initiatives run headlong into Constitutional roadblocks on the power of the federal government.

Obama certainly did not help himself in the eyes of the Court when he used the venue of the State of the Union address early in the year to publicly flog the Court over its ruling that the First Amendment grants the right to various organizations to run political ads during the time of an election.

The tongue-lashing clearly did not sit well with the Court, as demonstrated by Justice Sam Alito, who publicly shook his head and stated under his breath, ‘That’s not true,’ when Obama told a flat-out lie concerning the Court’s ruling.

You Freepers think Alito forgot that FU from obama? If Alito never forgot those Dems who made his wife leave the confirmation hearings in tears, you’d think he would forget the slight from the kenyan klown?

Sen Schumer said that Obama is considering the idea of taxation without representation.

I doubt the Supreme Court will do anything. They swore the Son of a Bitch in knowing full well was not Constitutionally qualified!

Good catch. So now we can add gunwalker to the list. What's next? The wheels of justice turn slowly. I just hope they're still turning.

Apparently, the Court has had enough.

The Roberts Court has signaled, in a very subtle manner, of course, that it intends to address the issues about which Obama critics have been screaming to high heaven.

Which issues are they going to pick? There is a myriad of them.

You think Obama is going to let SCOTUS stop him? He’ll just ignore their rulings. Watch.

, not everyone has to drive, and thus, a citizen could opt not to purchase car insurance by simply deciding not to drive a vehicle. In the ObamaCare world, however, no citizen can ‘opt out.’

I heard that the Obama response to this is that they are not going to require poor people to purchase Obamacare. So anyone can opt out by becoming poor. I heard the soundbite on Rush.

While I do appreciate the post, and “here’s hoping” ... I’ll believe it when I see it. The overwhelming majority of “sources” prove to be nothing or just flat wrong.

dURING THE WEEK of 26 Sept they will decide on 10-1351 which questions his eligibility and a Federal Judge accepted it and then ruled since he was sworned in he is legal. This case cites 80 years of courts declaring individuals elected and sworn in office are removed for being not eligible.

Then we shall see.

Yes it’s an old story, but it does point out that for over a year Obama has been running wild with the Constitution and the Supreme Court has been silent.

And will stay quiet. The fix is in.

The court will do no more than the Congress, not as long as the usurper shares the plunder with them. How much do you figure they got as their share of 2.7 trillion dollars?

The court like congress cares not a twit for us all they care about is their own pocket books.

“”Sorry, friend sent it to me and I saw today’s date. I also looked it up and nothing came up.””

The only clue to the actual date is on the comments - sure strange a current date is on the article itself.
