Meet Otis Lockett, whose penis Milwaukee cops received judicial permission to peruse photographically.
Lockett, who was shot in the groin early Sunday, told police that he was fired upon by an unidentified person behind him, according to a Circuit Court filing, which notes that the 27-year-old was treated at Froedtert Hospital for a single gunshot wound to his penis.

It must be the same magic bullet that was alluded to in the Warren Commission investigation of JFK’s assassination.

This is my gun.
One is for armed robbery,
The other for . . . well never mind.

Let's see, the shooter was behind him and managed to wing his winky with a gunshot, huh? Well, physicists and string theorists have been looking for proof of another dimension--Lockett has just given them them hard evidence--well maybe not for awhile, anyway. There's another possibility... Perhaps he was standing in a "wide stance", and he's hung such that it dangled down far enough to be visible from the rear...
Nah, he's just a liar.

It took me a minute of head-scratching and a visit to Wikipedia to figure out the connection with the tobacco can.
Although I think this procedure is what you're referring to, I do not recommend following the link (which is why I didn't make it clickable) unless one is not easily offended, as it is quite graphic and very very NSFW.

THATS gonna leave a mark. Or possibly two -- entry and exit. How, ummmm,... stylish?
He should be grateful. Some men pay good money to get body modifications like that done. His was free... as long as you don't count the trip to the pokey that's coming up because of him being a felon with a firearm.
He may become very popular with the other fellas in the clink, ya never know.

I like the fact that the girls are looking horrified and the guy looks like he is about to fall down laughing.
The other guy is either his deadly enemy or a very close friend. I tend to favor close friend.

An oblique reference seemed the better part of valor. Indeed.
In a roundabout way, my less-discreet post was intended as a warning to those who might try googling for information, and stumble upon an, ummmm, indiscreet description or photo. I have learned to adjust "Safe Search" appropriately. :)
Something I've wondered about... in military parlance, "oblique" typically refers to a movement at a 45-deg angle. Yet 45-deg is an "acute" angle; "oblique" angles are those between 90-deg and 180-deg. Just one of those things I wonder about...

The pen might be mightier than the sword is.
But the gun is far mightier than the penis.
