Wow! Trump lays it on the line. No holds barred.

I thought I was dreaming. What!? Truth? Reality? Fact? on the TV?

Wow. Trump is the man. Even if he has a Liberal past, he is a true American.

If he is not a Freeper, he should get a free pass.

Trump would be in it...to win it. The haters will vote for Trump if he is up against Obama.

No, you’re being naive.

Self satisfaction is either primary, in the case of those who serve themselves—or secondary, in the case of those who serve others.

Who do you think would be better at posturing while appearing not to posture—a professional politician, or a professional salesman?

“I feel it.”

This is not very convincing language to use on a conservative website.

“Sarah Palin who has been ruined by the MSN”

Think about this a bit—the media has used everything they have on Palin. At this point, she announces and she only moves up from where she starts. They have nothing left on her!

You’re overlooking the fact that Trump has no interest in supporting or defending the U.S. Constitution. If he comes up with some sort of pretense that he does support it, his claims will only be falsified by his record.

“He said his positive comments in 08 about Obama were when this nation had no choice but to accept that Obama won.”

So Trump plays it the way any salesman would.

Think of this—in 2008, Trump wasn’t running for office. Do you think a professional salesman would likely be more truthful in his political commentary before he decides to run for political office, or after?

Reasonisfaith

Is telling me that ‘I feel it’ is no good. Humm, I think maybe, this is a little odd?

Trump is all about Trump.

But why is the the ONLY guy with balls enough to go after Obama? I’m sick of Republicans cutting deals and caving in with Obama.

GO AFTER OBAMA. Just blow off the “leave Barack aloooooooooone! you meanie racist! play niiiice!”

Obama doesn’t do that.

Trump knows the game. He’s the only one that’d completely destroy Obama in a debate.

What other Republican could?

Huckabee is a Republican Carter — naive and nice and would be run over by other countries and circumstances. Romney’s ObamaCare lite disqualifies him, plus southerners won’t vote for a Mormon. Who?

Black voters will vote for Obama again 95%+. There’s no point in appeasing people that aren’t voting for you anyway. Motivate your base.

You’re about to get very sidetracked, and end up losing the argument anyway.

I applaud Trump for sticking it to Obama. It's nice to hear someone finally do it.

But all you people who talk about voting for him...I have one question:

Are you insane?

On policy, Trump generally agrees with Obama. The only part he disagrees with is the “Let’s intentionally destroy America” part.

You see, Trump might be an exceptional salesman. But he doesn’t have the wisdom to understand that liberalism itself will destroy America if we give it enough time.

And there is another person who would destroy Obama in debate, much more than Trump could do.

Donald Trump is a pro at (1) telling people what they want to hear (2) drawing attention to himself, and (3) appealing to people with relatively short attention spans.

Trump is not a Conservative. His past statements give evidence of this. He IS, however, a businessman. The consummate dealmaker. If he thinks he can “cut a deal” to get into the White House by acting like a “conservative,” he’ll do it. If he thinks he can “cut a deal” for himself and his own interests to make Conservatives look like idiots and thereby give Barack Obama 4 more years in the White House, he’ll do it. That’s “the Art of the Deal.”

Pay attention people. Consumerism, instant gratification and populism are a dangerous mix and a deadly cocktail to Conservative Principles.
