GRANBY, Que. (CP) A Quebec man is demanding compensation for a penis enlarger he claims never worked, despite 500 hours of use.
The man has gone before a small-claims court, hoping for an award of $762 to recoup the cost of the device as well as moral and punitive damages.
He told a newspaper in Granby, Que., that he was initially drawn to the X4 Extender Deluxe Edition by an advertisement that promised results within several months.
The $262 device is sold by Montreal company HotGVibe.
A Quebec judge is expected to hand down a decision in the next six weeks.
The man told the Quebec newspaper he wanted to speak out about what he called a scam so that other men might be warned.

This guy is going to have to prove it didn’t work by showing “before” and “after” pictures. Or I guess he could have his “partner” testify.

That technique works on enlarging it also.

Im trying to imagine what kind of man would subject himself to this kind of ridicule and embarrassment for mere money. My guess is he's depending on blind justice. In the end, we may find out that all of his mother's "Johnny, if you keep doing that you'll go blind" warnings were right...

Hmmm, the possibilities are endless:
500 hours / 20 minutes per use (???) x 14 uses per week = 107 weeks (well beyond the promised “several” months, and apparently no results)
Conclusion: If it doesn’t work after 500 hours, it’s probably not gonna work! He may have a case.
