Don't know if you've fallen over it yet in your travels, but our church is halfway through the series and the content is foundational to the founding of the American Republic. It might give you some ideas as to slant, direction, and tone.

I'm not sure what you mean by seeking out news and archival footage. Do you mean digging through the websites at the local TV stations? Do you mean digging through YouTube? Do you mean taking a camcorder outside and shooting things?

I'm not very good at searching video on websites, but I'd help if I could. My camcorder is lousy, but I'd film anything that I could.

PS. I was on TV this weekend talking about reptiles. I think this link will work. If you know how to capture the video file, I'd love to get a copy.
