Steve0113 is having surgery tomorrow morning, 7 am Eastern Daylight, to prep his arm for dialysis. The dialysis may end up being unnecessary, but they want him to be ready, and the healing time is 8 weeks. Prayers greatly appreciated, both for successful surgery/recovery from anesthesia, and healing of kidneys so that this operation will turn out to have been completely useless. Thanks.

My b-i-l had this done last year, and they haven't had to use it yet. In spite of some serious heart complications and fluid buildup episodes.

Prayers for Steve. The preemptive inserting of the catheter for dialysis is much to his advantage, and we DO hope and pray he heals so he doesn’t need the dialysis after all. A friend had that insertion a year ago January, and still hasn’t had dialysis. Keep the faith.
