Tiger is in an awful place. Elin (rightfully so) taking the kids to Sweden and asking for full custody. He is loosing sponsorships; and has to know he will be heckled, verbally assailed at any tourny he attends. He might be so narcisstic (think OJ) that he could also think ‘hey, I am getting away with all of that...’

He could go either way.

I don't know how many people OD in the shower. Maybe it was non-drug related.

Oh, I am sure she died from an MI or heart failure.

THe problem is that crack and crystal meth gave this 32 year old woman the heart of an 80 year old.

Cocaine -- whether snorted, smoked or injected -- affects the heart by causing increased or irregular heartbeat and constricted blood vessels. These conditions can lead to several serious or even fatal outcomes:

•Heart attack, cardiac arrest and sudden death

•Myocarditis, or heart muscle damage leading to heart failure

•Endocarditis, or inflammation of the heart lining

•Vascular thrombosis, or clots in the coronary arteries

•Pulmonary edema, or fluid in the lungs

•Dilated cardiomyopathy, or enlarged heart

I looked her up and the list of shows she has been in. It listed nearly a hundred and I had not seen even one of them. She did seem to do a lot of animation films so I take it she had a good voice for that. Still I'm sorry to see her pass on at so young of an age. Prayers for her family.

Mommy and Daddy are so proud every time she takes her clothes off, probably turns them on. They sounded like perverts in the interviews.

I can relate. Almost killed me back in May. When it wasn’t even being confirmed. Wonder how many of us had it that went undiagnosed. It is a NASTY virus

She played a tragic figure in Girl, Interrupted , excellent acting btw, but it’s no surprise with all her issues she also sadly played out a tragic life

People can drop dead like that from a long-named, genetic heart defect. The only symptoms are heart murmur and “sudden exit,” i.e. death.

That was possibly what had happened to my brother. Dropped dead at work, over a month ago. Of course he was older (61) but he never did drugs, never overate. He complained of some chest pains a few days earlier, but tests were normal.

Sorry for your loss! Losing a brother hurts like hell.

Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy runs in my family. Those affected died in mid-life. Docs are thinking this condition may explain those sudden heart-related deaths of young healthy people you hear about once in a while, like today. (I have a benign murmur but have been screened and deemed peachy.)

My prayers for your loss.

I must be out of touch. Haven’t watched tv in years and rarely watch movies. I have no clue who she is and could care less. Unless she was a FReeper...

Update:
a source tells TMZ that Murphy’s mother discovered her unconscious in the shower. When paramedics arrived, they determined that the actress was in full cardiac arrest and administered CPR. They continued their CPR attempts during the ambulance trip to the hospital, but Murphy was unresponsive.

Update:
An autopsy may be performed Monday, Radaronline.com reports. An investigator from L.A. County Coroner’s office is scheduled to interview attending physicians as well as Monjack and Murphy’s mother.
