Okay, assume Obama is determined to be ineligible to be the president due to him not being a natural born citizen of the United States. That would mean that neither he nor Biden would be eligible since he was elected under false pretenses.
It is quite possible that Pelosi will be facing charges up to treason for her part in this mess.
Byrd is physically unable to take the office.
And the rest of the Cabinet were appointed by Obama and would equally be ineligible as all of his appointments were unconstitutional.
My guess is that if this goes down, Pelosi resigns or is removed as Speaker of the House and we end up with another Rat.
However, the argument may also be made that since the elections results are null, the people who voted for Obama were duped and deserve another chance. There is no constitutional provision for what to do if a usurper were to manage to lie and connive his way into office because the founding fathers could never envision such a scenario.
So, what happens?

IMHO, all his EO’s immediately become null and void as well as any bills he has signed into law. All his appointments would be unconstitutional, also.
But the entire ticket would be fraudulent. This would not be an issue at all if the offices-holders were voted on individually, or that the second-place president would be the vice-president.
It would not be President Biden but President Cheney who would hold office until a new (non-fraudulent) election could be held.
No. Biden was elected to the office of Vice President. You have to remember, eventhough they ran a ticket, there were two separate election; One for President the other for VP.
Btw, Biden doesn’t work for 0bama nor can 0bama remove him.

Biden’s first act as president will be to pardon Obama and his co-conspirators. Biden will have no realistic chance of getting elected in 2012. Obama might make a pardon a condition of his resigning before being ruled ineligible either by a court or by simple verified discovery validation of his Kenyan BC.

No, you voted for only one set of electors, either Obama/Biden or McCain/Palin Or one of the others. If the ticket is fraudulent, then why should we accept the other person on the fraudulent ticket?
biden gets the top job, appoints hillary as veep, after a few months he steps down due to health issues and hillary gets the top job.

We should remember and realize that Biden was being perfectly honest when he said that Obama was not ready.
How quickly we forget and ignore such brazen inconsistency from the left.
Was he lying when he said that Obama wasn’t ready?
Or did he accept the VP slot because he also believed he would be the best person to fill the void **WHEN** Obama went down? Didn’t Biden realize how stupid it would make him look by accepting the position after he said what he did?
The only thing that doesn’t make sense is why Obama gave Biden the tap after that bombshell he laid on him during the campaign. I think that it is possible that Obama’s selection of Biden was his way of not only “reaching out”, but also his way of “showing him”. By bringing Biden on board against his stated convictions, he did several things... but most importantly, he eliminated a future opponent and dangled the carrot of power in front of a political enemy to prove to the world where Biden’s true convictions really reside.
If you think about it, both Biden and Obama started a very mean game of chess. Question is which one of them will win.
Perhaps Biden had the goods on Obama and blackmailed him into giving him the VP position. If he is blackmailing Obama, then he will probably leak some very important info and get Obama kicked out.
