As of today, September 4, 2009, this Affidavit has been filed with the United States District Court in Southern California ~ represented by Orly Taitz.
This is a legal affidavit that declares Lucas Smith to be of sound mind and judgement. Lucas can go to jail if he lied on this affidavit.
The document (Certified COPY of Obama Kenyan Birth Certificate) you see here, once it is validated by the court, is pretty much the proverbial “smoking gun.”

Actually the Date is Feb 01, 2009.
Lucas specified the day in his video, and its confirmed on the document.
Helton Maganga is the current administrator, and stamped the COPY of the origonal and signed it in Feb of this year.
Come on people, he has made not secret of who he is, or the fact that it just because of who he is, and what he has done in the past, that he could get the document to begin with.
The attorney would not knowingly put themselves in danger, unless the provenance of the document were established sufficiently to submit it to the court. They are confident of a full examination. And until that happens, you just blowing smoke.
Sit back and watch it unfold. Personally, I hope its genuine, and opens a big can of worms.
But, we will see...

Each and every one of the Fox hosts dispute the birth issue. Only Michael Savage and Mike McConnell and a couple of other conservative talk show hosts say it should be resolved one way or the other. I can no longer watch O’Reilly. He gets Geraldo and a couple of other liberal activists on his show and it becomes a screaming/talk over session that teaches us nothing and wastes my time. I like Glenn Beck, but he is in awe of Bill O’Reilly and adopts his position on the birth certificate issue. If Hannity had to quit saying the same things over and over again, he’d have no material for his show.
And if it is false, do you hope that Lucas Smith goes to prison?
My daughter was born in 1988, I don’t have a long form certificate for her, but the hospital did give me a “Record of Birth” on which BOTH of her footprints appear.
I haven’t had any kids lately, but as I recall, the mother fills out all the information on a forum and a clerk will type it up.
Completely misses the point. The issue isn’t how Britons write the date with the month spelled out, i.e. “September 5” or “5 September.” The issue is how they abbreviate it: “9/5/2009” or “5/9/2009.” The discussion you linked to only addresses that in passing, and doesn’t cite any examples of the “American” form being used in Britain.

The spell-it-out version apparently has no standard and/or is still in transition. Did the British ever write their numerical version the way we do? When did they start writing it the other way? If so, was there a transition period and when did it end? Is it law?

How do you know this? It is apparently no longer true today according to Agamemnon. When did some of them start using OUR date system and why?
