Well, surely this will settle finally once and for all that Barack Hussein Obama was really, actually and factually born in the United States and, therefore, is fully qualified according to the U.S. Constitution to be the president that he has been since he took the oath of office on Jan. 20 and a second time shortly after, just to make sure.

There is no official statement posted on the official website of the state of Hawaii. The last statement that Fukino gave in October of 2008 IS on line. There are no details about the statement such as when it was made. There are no links to any official document. All stories on the internet are based on 1 story that “broke” late last night on 1 website by 1 reporter.
It’s a bogus story until it’s official.

OK, the only part of that paragraph within quotes is "vital records". However, the author certainly writes like Dr Fukino had named the hospital. Just bad writing or? (And how does the author know which hospital O was born at. It appears that not even the Obama family is certain about that.)
Here is Dr Fukino's statement as quoted by USA Today:
"I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, director of the Hawaii State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawai'i State Department of Health verifying Barrack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen. I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago...."
No, no hospital mentioned.

Maybe his birth certificate can be found in the living breathing US Constitution.... right below the "right to an abortion" clause.
Okay why doesn’t the Health Department just display the original birth certificate? They keep telling everybody that Obama was born in Hawaii so what’s the hold up on showing the birth certificate. That would put an end to all of the birther arguments. Something still doesn’t smell right.
You should add:
Social Security: 35+ SSNs issued in his name.
Dr. Taitz has mentioned it; so Lou Dobbs, Rush, a few need to veer (slightly) from the CertifiGate...and expand upon Dr. Taitz findings of the MULTIPLE Social Security numbers.
Could fraud...simple identity theft...be the reason for the double, triple top secret handling of the BC (because it leads the paper trail to the college transcripts—the period of time those ‘extra’ id numbers could have come in handy)?
Update to/from PaMom...add National Review to the list of those dissing the Birthers...but they only called us ‘misguided.’

2 things of interest from another thread.
Someone posted that Stanley would have wanted Barry to be an American Citizen. If his father might have negated this (not a US citizen), Stanley may have signed a hospital form that indicated the father was “UNKNOWN”.
After viewing a 1963 LF/BC on the same thread, the mother and father have entries for “Race”. With the mother a Caucasian and the father unknown, Barry would have been classed as a Caucasian (damaging!) in subsequent official documents (school, medical, etc.).
Finally, if the LF/BC has “unknown” for the father, his book “Dreams..” becomes a point of suspicion.
And the obviously altered Selective Service registration.
That story didn't exist until the 1 reporter from the 1 newspaper website reported it. So far *EVERY* single news story about this is the result of 1 story by 1 reporter with no official statement by Fukino anywhere to be found on any official state of Hawaii website.
