He has paid his team of lawyers almost a million dollars to produce a Certification of Live Birth, a "short form" document, a print-out of information that has been entered – at some point in time, by someone – into a computer database. This is not a birth certificate. The state of Hawaii does not accept a Certification of Live Birth as singular proof that an individual was actually born in Hawaii.

I believe that, just like Pat Boone does. I just don’t know exactly when that will be. That’s the only “catch” here...
BUT, if we get the various state legislatures to enact legislation to require specific documentation from a candidate or else he (or she) can’t be on the ballot, then we will have the truth of the matter “out” in the next election.
I would advise doing *this* as the most practical way to get the information...

In the meantime, do everything possible to delegitimize Obama by keeping his doubtful natural born status an issue. ( Saul Alinsky would be proud!)

Mine too! And include the Major Cook case in Florida for retaliation. It will make noise sooner than later as well (another Orly Taitz case).
Well, I know that others count on one methodology or another to do the job of getting real proof of the situation. It’s just that I’ve never seen some of these court processes as something that would work. And thus far, they haven’t.
Now, I know you (and others) say that this is going to produce results, but I’ve heard that same thing from the beginning, just after the election, too (I could list all the court cases that were supposed to produce results). It just didn’t happen. I don’t think it’s going to happen.
That’s why I’ve always said that getting these laws passed in the state legislatures was the only practical thing that would work.
I would have preferred to have seen all the energy that was put into all these various court cases, having been put into the various state legislatures and their respective legislators and getting that legislation passed. I think we could have had a state or two pass it by now.
How about sending Obummer a birthday card (Aug.4th) and putting your favorite FR birth certificate in the card? I’ll search the BC issue threads and print out the best O certificate. Need to get just the right card too. We have to send Der Fuhrer birthday cards, he’s the best dictator ever!

Oh yeah one more thing to put in the card, Monopoly Money. I always liked it when I got a little money in a birthday card. Heck, I’ll splurge and print out a $500 Monopoly bill, he’s worth it after all!
