Mister Boone is incorrect. What was posted on the Internet and photographed by factcheck and displayed on the Internet is nothing issued by the State of Hawaii, it is a forgery, a fabrication. So far, all that Barry the wonder liarboy has posted is fantasy material. Nothing from a state agency sent to him. To date there has been exactly zero actual state issued documentation, only fraudulent presentations fabricated to fool the sycophantic, adoring, dumbed-down public.
