Well, I know that others count on one methodology or another to do the job of getting real proof of the situation. It’s just that I’ve never seen some of these court processes as something that would work. And thus far, they haven’t.

Now, I know you (and others) say that this is going to produce results, but I’ve heard that same thing from the beginning, just after the election, too (I could list all the court cases that were supposed to produce results). It just didn’t happen. I don’t think it’s going to happen.

That’s why I’ve always said that getting these laws passed in the state legislatures was the only practical thing that would work.

I would have preferred to have seen all the energy that was put into all these various court cases, having been put into the various state legislatures and their respective legislators and getting that legislation passed. I think we could have had a state or two pass it by now.
