At the hearing today at the Federal Court building in Santa Ana, Judge Carter reportedly said the following: 1. There will be a trial. 2. It will be heard on the merits. 3. Nothing will be dismissed on proceedural issues. 4. The trial will be expeditious, and the judge pledged to give case priority. 5. Being a former Marine he realizes the importance of having a Constitutionally qualified POTUS/CINC. 6. Judge stated that if Obama isn't Constitutionally qualifed he needs to leave the White House.

It does indicate that he was Indonesian citizen, during a time that Indonesia did not permit dual citizenship — that law was not changed until 2006. That would have implications that would have to be decided by the SCOTUS, as to the Constitutionality under Art II, Sect 1, Clause 5.
Additionally, there are loopholes in Hawaiian birth certificate law, as well as inconsistencies in the whereabouts of Obama and his mother, Ann Dunham, to doubt birth in Honolulu in August 1961. Additionally, one of the many ways Obama could have LOST his US citizenship is if he used an Indonesian passport.
FYI, I'm in the camp that believes Obama was born in Canada by a shamed mother of a mixed-race, 1960s baby, brought into the US in Washington state (probably by ferry), and then falsely registered as being born in Hawaii using loopholes in Hawaiian law. That said, birth in Kenya is also possible, coming through Logan Airport.
Here's a repost an updated timeline compiled a few weeks ago (June 23), based upon new information that has come forward from various witnesses and sources:
I've often wondered about implications of Ann Dunham's age at Obama's birth, which was EXACTLY 18 years, 8 months, 7 days, and Hawaii residency requirements, and Obama SR's non-residency status, while she lived in Washington for a year from Aug 1961 to approximately Sept 1962.
What implications exist being legally-married to a British subject, with Ann being under 19, especially when Ann spent most of the Obama JR's early year's out of Hawaii with him as an infant?
Obama SR was in Hawaii at school (confirmed);
Obama JR was in Hawaii (reportedly with grandparents, as it was yarned previously);
Obama's mama was in Seattle attending school at Univ. of Washington (confirmed).Baby Obama may have had problems with Hawaii citizenship, potentially US citizenship even if born in Washington state, as well as problems with his birth certificate as shown:
[§338-17.8] Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child. (emphasis added)
At age 18, while married to a UK national (before Kenya as independent), Ann was not in Hawaii while taking classes at University of Washington in FALL of 1961 (confirmed), and possibly DID NOT MEET residency time requirements to declare baby Obama as a Hawaiian resident, with Ann needing a year as a Hawaiian resident. Note: Stanley Ann Dunham was born November 29, 1942.
So, here's a newly-compiled timeline:
June 1960 -- Ann moved to Hawaii with Parents (exact date unknown)
Sept 1960 -- Ann started classes at U of Hawaii (exact date: Sept. 26, 1960)
Oct 1960 -- Got pregnant by Obama SR
Feb 1961 -- Married Obama SR (Feb. 2, 1961) ANN'S EXACT AGE: 18 years, 2 months, 5 days
Aug 1961 -- Gave birth to Obama JR on Aug. 4, 1961 (reportedly in Hawaii and on that date) ANN'S EXACT AGE: 18 years, 8 months, 7 days
Aug 1961 -- Sighting by Susan Blake in late-August on Mercer Island, Seattle (Obama Jr reportedly 3 weeks old) -- SHE'S TRAVELING FROM HAWAII TO SEATTLE, in 1961, WITH A 3-WK-OLD, only to ship the baby BACK to start classes in Seattle? Highly doubtful ...
Fall 1961 -- Attended classes in Seattle at University of Washington (see transcripts below), but not with University of Hawaii in Spring of 1961 -- possible BREAK in Hawaiian Residency status, depending on when she left Hawaii
Fall 1961 -- a Listing for Stanley Ann Obama appears in the 1961 Polk directory at the Seattle Public Library: "Obama Anna Mrs studt h516 13th Ave. E. apt. 2"
1961-1962 -- Anna Obama phone listing, as listed in Seattle Reverse Directory, 1961-1962: "Obama Anna Mrs EA3-3346" at "516 Villa Ria Apartments"
Mar 1962 -- Mary Toutonghi babysat Obama Jr at Ann Dunham (aka Anna Obama) apartment for two months (through May 1962)
Sum 1962 -- Sighting by John W. Hunt in June-Sept 1962 "I had moved to Utah for a while after high school, and I came back to Seattle in the summer of 1962. I remember visiting the World's Fair, and then stopping by Stanley Ann's apartment on Capitol Hill. It was a small apartment, upstairs. It was after June, and could have been as late as September, 1962. I visited her for half a day or so. It was after the end of the spring quarter classes, and she wasn't in classes, and didn't have a job. I recall her being melancholy at the time. I had a sense that something wasn't right in her."
Fall 1962 -- Ann Dunman is no longer registered for classes at University of Washington
Fall 1962 -- Obama SR begins school at Harvard, in Boston, Mass.
Sept-Dec 1962 -- Ann moves back to Hawaii, with baby Obama, to live with parents
Spring 1963 -- Ann Dunham resumes school back at University of Hawaii at Manoa
Jan 1964 -- Ann Dunham files for divorce in Hawaii Court
Mar 1964 -- Divorce is granted (Obama SR does not respond to divorce notice in Boston)

In the 1964 Divorce (1964 Obama Divorce papers), on Pg 2, Section I, Ann FALSELY attested on Jan. 20, 1964 that she "is now and for more than TWO years past has been a resident of Honolulu, City and County of Honolulu, State of Hawaii." At least TWO years prior would be Jan 20, 1962, when she CLEARLY had been in Washington state, with baby Obama, until as late as September 1962.

David, I do think anything that is found that proves him to be a liar is significant. All it takes it one lie that he is caught in, to raise doubts in the mind of many, that maybe there are lots of other lies. Remember the man that was investigating the break in regarding his passport was murdered, shot, unsolved.

The most attractive aspect, IMHO, is that such an action would demonstrate to the Dems that the Republicans can, as a team, play hardball. Something not now imagined.
It is not at all an unreasonable position: “Simply arrange for the Governor of Hawaii to send us an authentic and verifiable $12 birth certificate.”
Most of us agree until the Republicans show they can play team hardball they have little chance of gaining the confidence of marginal Dems - or many of us for that matter.
There is lots of material in the time line that is very helpful in establishing what happened in the period. Highly doubtful ...") is a misunderstanding about the class schedule at the University of Washington together with a mistatement by Susan Blake.
First place, Blake puts the event into late August with Barack 3 weeks old. But she says Stanley Ann had not yet learned to change diapers. Mothers change diapers from day two or three which is when I believe this event happened--on August 5-6 maybe. Remember, there is an additional day between August 4 in Mombassa and August 4 in Seattle.
And on the real record, there isn't anything in the transcript which lends any evidence as to when she was in class--fall quarter particularly, people were coming and going and re-registering for classes and the real schedule didn't start until the second week of the quarter.
And the official start of Fall Quarter at the University of Washington and the first day of scheduled classes in 1961 was the last day or so of September, maybe two months after the Susan Blake event.
And I don't see any reason she would have gone to Canada--lots of other remote locations she could have had the kid without much of a record.
At some point, Barack himself is quoted as saying she was in Nariobi 72 hours before he was born. You have the second hand hearsay about her being pregnant and rejected for boarding by BOAC; and the exact BOAC schedules for August of 1961 are posted fairly early on the long thread--the way back to Hawaii from Nariobi was through (Vancouver BC--to) Seattle.
That is, I know, as speculative a schedule as everything else but given volume of other quasi evidence (and hearsay) about people in Africa who were present at his birth; about his birth at Coast Hospital in Mombasa where they intend to erect a monument; and about an actual brith certificate from British records showing his birth there, the Kenya birth location and timeline are far more pursuasive.
The one real gap in BP2's timeline that really sticks out is the period from January 1961 (end of fall semester at U of H) and August of 1961 where she isn't seen anywhere by anybody; there isn't any record anywhere of her legal marriage in Hawaii; under circumstances where there is a conclusive legal reason to have been in Kenya (where marriage would not have constituted the crime of bigamy) testifies as to where she wasn't.
Further, the Chicago Tribune article has Obama Sr.'s first wife describing how she met and became great friends and developed a close relationship with Stanley Ann (before she ever saw her in Chicago)--when did that happen? When did Sarah get involved with baby Barack if it wasn't when he was born--as she says in the news article?

I’m not sure I like your insinuations and I assume it’s because yesterday it was posted that the Occidental records were finally available and was sent to a link with an article from 4/2009 that was an April Fools joke. That wasn’t my mistake, I thought it was real, saw that and was confused.
SOMEONE responded to my post where I stated his attorneys said it would be an embarrassment. I know I saw it posted here but that’s been a while and I don’t save every link, every post, like some do. I asked another freeper that I thought might remember where it was posted.
