At the hearing today at the Federal Court building in Santa Ana, Judge Carter reportedly said the following: 1. There will be a trial. 2. It will be heard on the merits. 3. Nothing will be dismissed on proceedural issues. 4. The trial will be expeditious, and the judge pledged to give case priority. 5. Being a former Marine he realizes the importance of having a Constitutionally qualified POTUS/CINC. 6. Judge stated that if Obama isn't Constitutionally qualifed he needs to leave the White House.

You may be on to something. According to WIKI, Davis was married from 1946 to 1970. Davis was 41 when got married to Helen Canfield 22 who was white. In 1960, Helen would have been 36. So, it is not a stretch to see Davis having an affair with Ann and it could be why Obama Sr is in the picture.

Reading the WND article, it appears that the case is before the Court at present only on an argument about whether or not they have Obama properly served.

My bet is that he will not come out and say it outright, it’ll be something like. “I resign due to the requirements listed in some outdated flawed document”. You wait and see.
