Obama eligibility case will be heard on the merits !! Please distribute everywhere.
At the hearing today at the Federal Court building in Santa Ana, Judge Carter reportedly said the following: 1. There will be a trial. 2. It will be heard on the merits. 3. Nothing will be dismissed on proceedural issues. 4. The trial will be expeditious, and the judge pledged to give case priority. 5. Being a former Marine he realizes the importance of having a Constitutionally qualified POTUS/CINC. 6. Judge stated that if Obama isn't Constitutionally qualifed he needs to leave the White House.

This judge never tries to intimidate and is a specialist in COMPLEX cases, which this would be. As I said before he bends over backwards to allow a valid point to be made, so it will depend on th eevidence more than on the attorney.

I meant something somewhat different. Once a trial is coming, typical the litigants can use the subpoena power of the Court to force other people to produce documets—eg the judge could order actual birth certificate held by the State of HW be produced to the plaintiff. Similarly, hospital records from Hawaii. It could order depositions of Kenyan’s who claim to have knowledge of BO’s birth there etc etc.
All that can be evidence at trial, if it is permitted. So when I ask what “discovery” is permitted, I meant what documents is the Court going to let the plaintiff get to and whose depo can he take before trial.

This lady needs help.
I was listening to Plains Radio one night and they had this state representative on from Tennessee or Okla on who knew Dr. Orly.
He said that he knew that she only gets from 4-5 hours sleep per night, flies all over the U.S. serving papers, giving interviews, attending meetings, tea parties, et al- and has literally put her life on hold to help bring Obama down.
He said that she is getting financilly strapped for having to pay for so much of this with her own funds.

Her case with this judge may not pan out- but she throws so much sh*t against the wall, some of it is BOUND to stick!
And think of the grief she must be giving the Obama machine.

A year ago, I wrote here that this would be kept in abeyance until well after the innauguration of Barack Obama. The Republic and those who truly serve her would use this issue as an escape hatch from the Obama presidency if necessary. I don’t know if Biden is a real solution but I do know he has got to be considered more managable than Obama and has been in DC long enough to know which tunes to dance to. As for this entire Democratic push for power and change in such a reckless fashion, I am beginning to question the wisdom and almost desperate need to “get it done” as quickly as possible. The Health Care and Cap and Trade fiascos are moving at such break neck speed, it’s as if they know if they don’t fix the future by Labor Day the whole thing is going to backfire. I feel as if I am witnessing a real time coupe of the republic. Even today’s events that include the Speaker of the House taking on the CIA directly smacks so much of viscious revenge to put down anyone who dares cross her. Do they realize that below the folks in front of the cameras are thousands of government employees who have also taken an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. I am concerned that taking on the CIA may be beyond the pale. The last person to do this was President Kennedy. There is a point where very strong and deep views on the survival of this country could lead to extra-constitutional measures to protect the very core of who we are. Nobody wants that and it should be prevented at all costs. It could only mean rough times for all of us.
I had that happen once - had a “dream” that someone I barely knew would be killed in Paris and 3 weeks later he was. Scared me a lot - I was afraid to go to sleep for a while but luckily it never happened again.
Dreams have sometimes proved to be prophetic. Let's hope yours is.
