I wouldn’t say the site reflects conservative values.
At least not the values this Christian Conservative holds.

Approval of immorality of any kind is unacceptable. The grades given zero for support of homosexuality is tatamount to approval.

While it may be interesting to see how someone _claiming_ impartiality rates him. It’s another thing to expect thinking people to accept those grades at “face value”.
To force a person of faith to accept immoral behaviour, is effectively requiring that person to repudiate their faith. There IS something in the Constitution regarding how “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof ...”.
But then, conservatives do not consider the Constitution “a living document”, something that has to “change to keep up with the times”.
(The Founders’ intent is obvious, as it is also obvious that many wish not to be held accountable for their own actions.)
