I have it on impeccable authority but cannot disclose my source within the Fox Network. Rest assured that Roger Ailes and Rupert Murdock are sitting on the Obama eligibility/birth certficate story. Everyone else wants to jump all over it, including Sean Hannity.
I say storm the Ailes/Murdock fax machine/email servers--let them know (politely) we need this issue thoroughly.
Maybe someone has the email/fax numbers?
Maybe... africanpress?
Nah... couldn’t be.
I think the mods got him for being a BS artist. He probably had a history..
Linkee no workee.
You said — “I don’t believe the courts are in cahoots. I believe they don’t want to enforce the constitution on this issue.”
I’m glad you don’t think the courts are in cahoots with Obama. I have seen posts to that effect. I’ve seen posts indicating that Obama has control of the Supreme Court. These are FReepers saying these things. So, although you might not, there are FReepers who do say that.
BUT, I do not believe that it’s a matter of the courts not enforcing the Constitution. I think it’s simply that no one has provided *proof* for the *accusations* — and that’s customary in a court of law to *prove* what you *accuse* — you see...
—
And then you were saying — “Everyone got caught flat-footed, the secretaries of state, the courts, the electoral college and the congress. No one would stand up on their hind legs and ask for the proof of qualifications.”
Yes, they were caught flat-footed, in that although the documentation would have “proven” the eligibility — it had never been *required* before, and so they were faced with asking one candidate to do something that had never been *required* of another candidate before — and — *no law* in effect to *demand it*.
Thus, I said that this represented a big “loophole” that we’ve discovered and it had to be “closed up” through enacting state laws demanding specific documentation, which Oklahoma and Arizona are proceeding on, in their legislatures.
—
And next you said — “I believe it is a fact that he has not shown to anyone he is qualified. The proof is in his records and he is refusing to open up the records. He has control over the proof and refuses to present it. This is guily behavior.”
He has *not shown* in specific documentation (as in the original birth certificate) that he is qualified. What he *has done* though — is the same thing as other candidates have done, which is sign statements asserting that he is qualified, along with his campaign doing the same and the “party” doing the same. It’s the same process that other candidates have done before.
And you’re right, in that he refuses to present it. And the *fact* that no one has been able to *demand it* — shows that there is no law which requires it to be shown. And there is the big “loophole”...
—
And so, you have cited certain things which are true, but they do nothing to “prove the case” and they do nothing to require a court to act. So, to continue to demand a court to act, in matter for which prior candidates have *never* been *required* to do before — is to create a “law” or situation out of nothing (which existed in law before).
And — mind you — Obama has not said that he refuses to go along with the Constitution in its requirements. No, not at all. Obama has said he *is qualified* and has statements that he has signed, saying so. So, he is *not* violating the “letter of the Constitution” — but rather — he is saying “I’m in compliance!”.
Now, if he is not in compliance — it’s up to the *accuser* to *prove his case* — and this is what *no one* has been able to do in a court of law.
—
And then you said — “What’s disturbing to me is that you think there is are conspiracists, when you should be joining in the outcry for the truth to be published.”
Yes, I see “conspiracies” being “touted” every time I post. In fact, this thread is full of “conspiracies” that I am being paid to post this, that I am part of the DU, that I am a liberal, that I am an Obot, that I am a troll... Those are all “conspiracies” that are being “asserted” concerning me (of which I “know a lot about”... LOL...).
Further “conspiracies” are being touted that the courts must be in cahoots with Obama, since they are not pursuing this issue like they want (even though you have said you don’t think that the courts are in cahoots with Obama).
And I have joined in and asked for the documentation to be produced. I was asking for it prior to the elections. Now that they are over, I’m asking for this documentation to be produced, by means of “state laws” to be enacted *demanding it* before anyone goes through the election. So, I’m *still* — “on it”...
THE CONSTITUTION IS THE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND.
THIS “CONSTITUTIONAL LECTURER” KNEW THE RULES GOING IN.
GET HIS INELIGIBLE ASS OUT OF OFFICE . . . N O W
My guess is that Mohammed is not worse than Hussein, and the Hussein is the one that would probably b considered worse.
“Linkee no workee”
Ahhh... that be the point, matee!
The dude who posted the article has been kicked off the site right after posting the article. Hmmm...
Check out 115 & 117.. suicide by mod.
It’s not like I’ve been claiming credibility. All I’ve been doing is answering posts that people say to me. That’s all.
Now..., on the other hand, it’s *clear* that there are those who are trying to actually say that I have no credibility — when I have not claimed any. The interesting thing is why does anyone want to say that I don’t have credibility when I’ve never bothered saying anything about it?
I’ll continue responding to posts and saying the same things about the Obama Derangement Syndrome that is evident here, along with the corresponding “conspiracy” ideas that go along with it.
It doesn’t matter to me that I do or do not have any credibility with those of the Obama Derangement Syndrome — because the only factor is what the “ideas” are and nothing more. Ideas exist in and of themselves — apart from any person.
Any of the governmental bodies I mentioned had the authority to call for his qualifications. None has done so, to date and thus we are left with the constitution just being a meaningless piece of paper.
In the real world we expect the truth. You chose to fight against that call. That's almost as disturbing as the fraud itself.
"Youre working mighty hard to prove Im a liberal... LOL.. Ive already made the issue very clear. Liberals dont vote Republican, as I have. Liberals dont oppose Obama as I have. Liberals, in fact, stay as far away from issues of the Bible and supporting it, as I have. StarTraveler
Liberals are liars at heart. You sure you're not a liberal? Bwahahahaha
Duh...I don’t get stuff lot...
That is funny as heck! It always pays to be a gentleman... you never know for sure what company you keep.
Thanks for the heads-up. I was looking for something that would give a clue but overlooked those little gems.
You said — “Disruptors use the term Obama Derangement Syndrome as though the unfounded rabid hatred leftists had for Bush is equivalent to the rational disgust and loathing conservatives hold towards the thug marxist 0bama.”
—
“Disruptors” is a clear indication of “conspiracy” — in that it’s a plan to disrupt and get in the way of those who are posting here (according to those people who “think” this way...)
What is missing from this “conspiracy-minded talk” (i.e., “disruptors”) is that there are conservatives who see this differently than those of the “Obama Derangement Syndrome”. And, by the way, this is a term that is used by *conservatives* towards this group of people.
It’s fellow conservatives who see these people as part of the “Obama Derangement Syndrome”.
The reason why it has the word “deranged” in it, is because it’s an indication of derangement, in that some of these people even say “Obama is not President” (clearly deranged on that statement). And there are other deranged ideas in that group. No use listing all the deranged ideas, it would get to be too long...
===== ===== ===== ===== =====
And then next you said — “Additionally, this emphasis on wait until 2010 and 2012 and win some elections although of course you - ahema - we - lost this one, so maybe you - ahem, - we - will lose again since conservative principles arent popular means one thing:
Wait until 0bamas plans, programs, amnesty, ACORN, leftist judges and so on are all firmly entrenched and then Republicans will NEVER win! Do nothing - especially about the birth cert issue (insert derogatory term).
—
Well, right there, I’ve indicated, in the past — that the Republicans have two important dates and events to deal with — and those are the dates of 2010 and 2012, both being election events. Those are *critical*. But, there has been nothing in that statement that ever said that we were supposed to do nothing — other than those two events and dates — and never oppose any legislation and nothing else that Obama does.
Right here that’s a clear indication of trying to mislead someone in making them think that if someone mentions those two dates and events — that nothing else is supposed to be done.
Furthermore, the other thing that can be done, more specifically related to the documentation issue — is what Oklahoma and Arizona are doing right now. They both have bills in the legislature to require proof, from documentation that a candidate is qualified for office. Now, that’s something that is definitely required, since there’s a big loophole in the system, that does *not specifically require documentation* from a candidate — which is how Obama got through without having to show this documentation (that should be *obvious* without stating it, but some people “don’t get it” still to this day...).
So, both the Obama Derangement Syndrome and the “conspiracy theories” work hand-in-hand with this crowd — which also requires them to call everyone else (even conservatives) who do not agree with them as Obots, liberals, trolls and so on...
That’s cool. I was a bit clueless on that one. It’s answered in the posts if I had dug deep enough myself.
Duh...I don’t *get* stuff sometimes...
Just to let you all know, I never read your steaming piles.
Carry on! (You must be paid by the word...)
LOL... you’re pretty funny — still trying to get across the idea that I’m a liberal... It’s no wonder that the other conservatives have coined the term “deranged”... :-)
As I said, ideas stand on their own and carry their own weight. That’s all I have to be concerned about... no worries about credibility as you seem to be worried about...
