FR Grammar Pet Peeves (Shameless Vanity)

I apologize for the shameless vanity, but I'm going to propose a thread for today: Your pet peeves about others' grammar on FR.
I'm not innocent. But, can we please use apostrophes for possessives and not use apostrophes for plurals?
Please chime in with your pet peeves.
Possessive Example:
Correct: My dog's bone is in the yard.
Incorrect: My dogs bone is in the yard.
Plural Example:
Correct: My dogs are in the yard.
Incorrect: My dog's are in the yard.
Admin Mod: Please move this thread as appropriate.
TOPICS:
KEYWORDS: englishliteracy; freepun; frilliterati; grammarnazi; humor; lol; pedant; spellcheck

I bet you belong to your “community association”, maybe even the president of it. They are usually a bunch of people with too much time on their hands and that allows them time to get into other peoples lives. It is also a sign of “liberalism”.

You may want to avoid the Irregardless Cafe in Raleigh, NC, however:

Or the misspelling (another hard word) of cannot, incorrectly written as can not.

Most of us repress the urge to correct others' grammar, but sometimes it's just plain fun, notably when the post of the supercilious ad hominem artist who just ripped you has a glaring solecism. (That calumny hardly ever happens on FR, of course; I was writing about
other online forums in which I participate.)
Grammar peeves? I don't know if they peeve me, but try these two:
Poor old whom is almost never used unless the construction is "To whom . . ."
Nominative pronous as the objects of prepositions: "He's not like you and I."
Makes you long for the days when every kid had to tote one of these to English class:

My pet peeve is when people substitute the word "feel" for the word "think", as in I feel that socialized medical care is wrong.
Words have meanings and the meaning of the word feel is very different from the meaning of the word think.

Speaking of misused nominative pronouns, I remember seeing a full-page Nike ad with this beginning sentence:
Andre Agassi is not like you and I. Makes me wonder if Nike could use a resident grammarian. I'd do it for only a hundred grand or so.

Is it: “I read you loud and clear!”
Or is it: “I read you loud and clear!”
Read and read; learn the differtence.
