This is a true story. The place where I work is very heavily regulated. We had a procedure that required a certain posting in a work area. In the procedure, there was an extra apostrophe and a word spelled wrong. Our operating area received an audit finding because the actual posting had the word spelled right and (properly) did not include the apostrophe.
