Rasmussen Defends Barack Obama's tax program on "Hannity and Colmes" this evening.
Hannity and Colmes TV Program | October 20, 2008 | Vanity

Posted on 10/20/2008 6:42:48 PM PDT by Prole

Anyone who is watching "Hannity and Colmes" this evening should find it strange that Scott Rasmussen is explaining and even openly defending the tax policies of Barack Hussein Obama.

In particular, I noticed that Sean was telling Rasmussen that "businesses don't pay increased taxes, they pass that onto the consumer with increased prices."

What the heck was Scott Rasmussen doing by explaining and even DEFENDING the tax proposals of Barack Obama?

Isn't Rasmussen supposed to be an objective pollster?

If you tax the top 1% higher to fund a middle class tax cut, you will be taxing the very people who employ the folks who they want to give a tax cut to! For the want of a tax cut the middle class was lost..

Hehehe.

There just isn't any doubt anymore.

How can Rasmussen expect me to buy into his analysis when he is explaining Obama's tax procedures.

A person who conducts objective analysis of the polls should have no affiliation for a candidate.

I really found that strange coming from Scott Rasmussen.

'Isn't Rasmussen supposed to be an objective pollster?'

An objective pollster?! Now that's a whopper!

If they're any objective pollsters out there in Media Land, I'm sure many of us on this forum would love to hear from them.

Another pollster who has been duped into showing his true colors.

I didn't DVR the program, but I am going to post the transcript when it is ready.

Again, I just cannot believe that these pollsters expect me to believe their data when they are openly representing Barack Obama.

I am going to stay up for the re-broadcast of tonight's show, and do my best to re-cap in quotes for you.

I feel like I am living in the Twilight Zone more and more each day.

Pollsters should be as objective as a set of scales, not cheerleaders for Barack Obama.

Maybe not duped, but perhaps he’s been bought. Obama has a lot of money now - don’t think for a minute paying off pollsters (IE: setting them for life) isn’t out of the realm of possibility.

PKM, here is another short memory FReeper for ya’ thinking that RASS is showing that he deserves to have the “R” removed from his name again.

I thought he was trying to explain how the people viewed Obama’s plan. Reality doesn’t matter. Perception is what matters, and the GOP has done a piss poor job of explaining Obama’s plans. It isn’t his fault that people believe Obama.

I have lost all respect for Scott Rasmussen. He should only give us his numbers and why they are valid, not his bloviating crap on this or that. It’s obvious that his opinions affect his polling methods and their supposed outcomes. It absolutely makes no sense that he polls more democrats than republicans in VA and NC, that even after taking into consideration all the new acorn voter registrations there are still more republicans than democrats in those states. I don’t care what his Ohio and Florida polls say. I don’t think any of them are right.

Who am I to argue? It certainly would not surprise me.
