What do you think of Sarah Palin after her speech tonight!

I thought she hit a homerun!

She’s a natural talent, perhaps the most natural Republican talent since Reagan.

Of course, she’s saddled with McCain. Got to get them both elected.

But she promises a return to Reagan principles.

Best,

Chris

Sometimes even the greatest joys bring challenge.

I knew this would be quite a speech when she said that line. The small town thing was also great.

THANK GOD FOR SARAH PALIN!!!!

“My only criticism is that she should have elaborated on her experience of beating a sitting governor and former governor to get to the Governor’s mansion. This may be the one chance she has to reach the biggest audience possible. She could have proven her mettle to the audience. She probably did that anyway.”

I think she'll touch more on that during the debates. I'm not too sure she needed to reach the biggest audience tonight as most voting Dems were not watching her speech, being as they hate all that is right.

The hits just keep on coming.

Rachael Maddow (the MSNBC lesbian who has to have a make-over) said she read on Politico.com that Palin was in church last week when a speaker said Israel deserved to be attacked because the Jews didn’t believe in Jesus.

What in the world is going on? Barack Obama attends a church where the PASTOR (on videotape) said AMERICA deserved to be attacked and he gets a pass from the SAME MEDIA.

These people are lunatics.

She offered up the red meat the Party has been hungry for since this trail began. And we love it!

“I’ve not had this kind of tingly feeling since Ronald Maximus Reagan was our Commander and Chief. Sarah is Ronald incarnate.”

Please.
Leaders of Reagan’s ability and charisma come along once or twice in a century.

Ms. Palin may be good - be she ain’t nowhere THAT good, not yet, no way. It took Reagan until his sixties to develop into the person that was ready to step up to the presidency. One does not get this way overnight, no matter how well you can deliver a speech (Mr. Obama _wishes_ he could swallow a “Reagan pill” and then walk before the teleprompters), or no matter how good your speechWRITERS may be.

One does not get this way from a couple of years as a governor, either.

Either that, or perhaps Americans are getting shallower by the minute. I don’t go for hype on the ‘rat side, but I don’t care for it on the Pubbie side, either.

Make NO mistake - I’m supporting and voting for McCain/Palin in November.

But a good speech is just that - a good speech. It does not make anyone great yet, and it does not make them Ronald Reagan.

It was incredible.

I hope I get to support this lady for POTUS one day.

She is the future of conservatism.

Extraordinary.

I am an alpha male to the core. I know scores just like me who never thought they’d go for this. But they have....everyone. Only some elitist beltway meterosexuals seem to have a problem with it.

It’s a testament to her character, heart, beauty...yes.. that doesn’t hurt, genuine feminimity and charisma.

She is simply incredible and her and McCain and the willingness of even other leading GOP to now take the media head on as well is refreshing and about eff’n time.

Their heads are popping....Brokaw and Williams were about to croak, but I saw Bob Schieffer grinning....he knew gold when he saw it.

God bless her....it was a very emotional speech. Whew.

She looks just like Tina Fey in that photo. SNL is going to have fun, as long as they get Tina to come back on.

I don't know what part of Jersey you're from, but I've been noticing a real shift away from Obama for about four or five weeks. I work in the extreme liberal world of entertainment and the shift is really weird to find myself (for the first time) surrounded by a majority of people who support the candidate that I support - especially since the Palin announcement.

So far the best speech of either convention. McCain himself may have a tough time topping her.
