What happened to the rest of my list?

I’m glad you’re getting moisture, I know how dry it was for you there.
We’re off for a 4 wheel drive, taking the dog.

We’re still getting rain down here. We were so dry and hot, so this is a good change. And the temperature is only 75. Woo Hoo.

I have 23 tomato plants that have just taken over about 500 square feet, and killed out the weeds (which is good, because I didn't weed much this year). I'm still getting tomatoes, so I'll let it go until fall.
And it's really muddy out there still.

It's a great afternoon. Tomorrow is enchilada platter day, and I've got 50% extra order requests. The house smells great, because I precook the chili filling for the enchiladas. And I'm cooking the beans for refried beans.
It smells so good in here that, if I lived in California, I'd apply for a marriage license so I could marry myself. ;)

Wish I was there!

Once again, the food is amazing.... Poverty food takes time. the refried beans are done, after proper testing. The chili filling for the beef enchiladas is perfect, after proper testing. The tomato/chili sauce for the enchiladas is almost perfect, after proper testing.
And after proper testing.... I seem to be falling asleep. I won't make much money off of lunch tomorrow, but I'll have a bunch of friends.

WELLLLLL, I told you my pepper plants were spreading their leaves to get the rain? Our yard man pulled them up with my tomato plant and Roomey’s okra. They were all dried up, according to Roomey...So what can I say, I wasn’t there. The peppers were spreading their little leaves, but Roomey told our man to take them all out, so out they went. I’m going to Waco/Lowes and pick up some seed for the winter garden and see if I can find some plants for tomatoes etc. Hopefully there are some garden stores that carry some of my “uprooted” peppers, the tomatoes?, didn’t do all that well, and hopefully I can find some mixed salad seeds. I know the collards, carrots and Engish peas will do well. I’m counting on it. Roomey is getting ready to put another “raised garden”. It will have a frame, and in the middle will be a fish pond with holes drilled in it. Then I can plant what I want. (hopefully).

Weird request. It's for someone I don't really like, but I do feed that person on a regular basis. And she's going under expedited surgery tomorrow.
I will hit my knees and pray for that child of God.
I promised that I would ASK for prayers for that child of God. I did not promise any prayers, except for mine.
But I have to ask for prayers.
And our major prayer-leader seems to be gone.

Prayers said.
Now you've done it. Don't worry. Just a few kind tears of remembrance.
