my computer is doing strange things today also.. I have NOT been at it too much. All the threads/forums seem slow the past couple weeks.

Also my mouse. WHenever I hit it it goes like 4 times.. when I open a thread (esp a search one), I get the warning.. Cannot do a search so soon after last and there are 4 screens open to “search” OR NOT

It is just sensitive the past few days.

Need to get a walk with dogs before the rains start here in about an hour. good sized system approaching

Mollly, my forsythia are opening & some of the daffs are showing buds.. just in time for a rain storm to batter all down.

while mine are eclectic and pedestrian

But NOT if you're wearing a sarong. Don't I remember that you bake a wicked lasagne?

I just have to share something with y’all.

Since Jan. I’ve been having a lot of stomach issues. Today I could put it off no more, and called the dr. They got me right in and as we were discussing my stress- filled life, he was nodding his head and listening - then said he was sending me on to a specialist and once the tests were back,he’d be treating me.

To my surprise - he then rubbed my back and told me he’d be praying for me!!!!
I was so shocked, I about cried! What a wonderful doctor I have.

Did you know Clooney's character is based on a Green Bay Packer of long ago? Johnny "Blood" McNally, aka Johnny Blood.

He is a local legend, and a local brewery named an ale after him, which has proven to be their most popular; I've enjoyed it myself on several occasions.:)

Thanks, every time I read your tag line I have to stop and try to remember what a ‘normal’ day was.

Author of that article, Matthew DeBord, can kiss my butt!

Can you spell jealous? He's got that "green-eyed monster" sound to him all through that article.

I had to laugh at his potificating on Gens. Eisenhower and Marshall - like rules don't change after 50 years?

Matthew DeBord needs help!

Often I find that an understanding person, doctor or not, has been through similar situations.

Now I'm concerned. Praying that you are well, kassie. I'm happy that you are not putting this off any longer. ((kassie))

Bit, I have to disagree with you on Michael Clayton.

It had to be one of the most fragmented, least informative movies I have seen in a long time. Plus the fact that all George Clooney did was walk around being George Clooney. Any acting was by just about anyone else in the movie - not George.

At least, that's my take on Michael Clayton.

Your doctor is a gem among doctors. What a wonderful person, and you certainly deserve having him as your personal physician.

I am praying for you, too.

Kassie! I need that doctor. I am so happy for you.

How odd. He didn’t read your symptoms off the chart and enter with a pre-conceived notion of what you had and spend 10 seconds treating you. He must be a really, really old doc.

Nope, never have...Neets makes a killer lasagne, though...the sarongs are put away until I get my girlish figure back...
