Just got a call from the VA. They want me to come in today for some more tests and they’ve scheduled my angioplasty for Thursday.
Great .... they didn’t delay getting the angioplasty scheduled.
Will you spend the night in the hospital?
When they finish with all the tests, they should know your body better than you do. ;^ )

May I pass on one word of wisdom I have been given regarding prayer (for my own health?) Pray scripture only. Praying the inspired Word of God over your body is a very powerful thing. Much more powerful than your own words...(Especially considering who the Word of God is. John 1:1-4) God Bless you and keep us posted.
Prayers for you, your family and the physicians and surgeons. May God guide their hands as they perform this procedure and may your healing be quick and pain free.
God please guide the doctors to clear the blockage in Jim’s legs. Help them to restore full blood flow to all parts of his legs and may the wounds present heal without incident.
Dear Lord, please keep this wonderful man in your loving care and protection. Help him heal fully that he may return to his normal activities to bring honor and glory to Your name.

Husband had angioplasty a few months ago. He was an outpatient in the hospital until the anesthesia wore off and was at work the next day. The procedure is nothing you need to be concerned about. What they find is important. Good news. If you need bypass surgery in the future please don’t get too upset. He went through a triple and in three weeks after surgery he was back at work. Six weeks after bypass surgery he was attending a trade show in Germany! He is fine and you will be also.
Relax for Thursday as the staff will take good care of you at the hospital.
