One never initiates such things. The Mods deign, if they desire, should they have time between goblets of mead and games of Solitaire.
Those contacted usually have been involved in Freepathons for some time. During such, one should be in a veritable frenzy of donations and urging others to do so, much as a rain dance.
No chanting or bloodletting is necessary, however. We’re all Conservatives here....
