It looks like someone got raped, just not the acuser
my understanding is...
dancer2 took accuser to a Kroger grocery store,
and had the police summoned, because accuser
would not get out of her car.
or something like that.
if true, what time was that,
or correct me if wrong.
There isn't enough immunity in the world to protect Nifong from the logical consequences of all of this.
Dancer 2 (Kim Roberts/Pittman) summoned a security guard in the Kroger lot, who then called police. It was 01:20, if I recall correctly.
Yeah. I don't see how Nifong can create a timeline that would allow Seligmann to have an opportunity to commit this crime. It's just not possible.
If the timeline don't fit you must aquit!!
"Second dancer drives away with the accuser from the party, she call 911 to report that men shouted racial slurs."
Well, it obviously wasn't Seligman (or Finnerty, for that matter) who shouted the racial slurs, since they were not present (although in the Twilight Zone that is Durham,
being in two places at the same time seems to be a regular occurance).
ping
Thanks, John.
About 1:20 a.m. I think.
Thanks for the ping. I posted this link on old thread.
I had just finished posting the following on old thread:
Thanks Howlin....
Thanks for the Ping, Howlin!
Thanks Howlin! Nothing we didn't know in this timeline. Perhaps the bigger news is that N & O actually printed it.
Duke bump
And keep in mind we have not seen all the pictures from that night. There are certainly pictures with both women without clothing and I don't believe we have even had a report on the time stamps on any of those pictures.
For those who didn't see this earlier on the other thread, this is interesting. Prompted by the discussion with KenH yesterday afternoon, I did some research this morning and here's what I've found, along with the NC State Bureau of Investigation website from which the data came.
http://sbi2.jus.state.nc.us/crp/public/Default.htm
In 2005, for North Carolina, there were 1,465 arrests statewide for Prostitution and Commercial Vice. The state's population for 2005 is estimated @ 8,683,42. That's one arrest per 5,927 persons.
There were 1,800 arrests for Sex Offenses statewide for the same year. That's a ratio of one arrest per 4,824 persons.
In Durham County, there were NO ARRESTS in 2005 for Prostitution and Commercial Vice. There were nine arrests in 2004.
There were 9 arrests in Durham County for Sex Offenses in 2005, none in 2004.
Durham County's 2005 population is 242,582. That makes the ratio ONE ARREST PER 26,953 PERSONS!!
Oh, I almost forgot. ALL the arrests in 2004 and 2005 were made by the DURHAM COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT. None were made by the Durham PD or the Duke University PD.
And to give your interesting data more context, DPD was investigated and I believe found to be running prostitutes out of the police department in the mid 1990s. I would think IF I were running a department found to have been doing this in the 1990s, I would be highly skeptical that we had zero arrests in the latest reporting period.
