Michigan City police on Tuesday arrested Kristopher Ray Horton, 26, 1009 Manhattan St., for indecent exposure after he allegedly tried to urinate on a neighbor's dog.
Police received a call from Horton's neighbor, Joshua Brooks, at about 8:45 p.m. Brooks, a reserve officer on the LaPorte City Police Department, reported that Horton had just tried to urinate on his dog.
Brooks told police he heard a commotion in his yard and went to investigate and saw Horton with his pants down.
I yelled at him, What are you doing? Put you pants back on,' Brooks told police.
He said Horton yelled back at him, You're not my boss, and then turned a bit and continued to relieve himself.
Brooks described Horton to police, including the fact he was wearing a Chicago Bears shirt. When police went to Horton's house, they said they found a man fitting the description given by Brooks, including the Bears shirt.
When told what his neighbor had reported, police said Horton did not deny it, saying that he wasn't aiming for the dog.
I couldn't hold it any longer, Horton told police.
Police said they also smelled alcohol on Horton.
Officers contacted Deputy Prosecutor Tom Alveizos, who advised them there appeared to be enough probable cause to arrest Horton for indecent exposure.
Brooks told police that previously Horton tried to throw a speaker at the dog. The breed of dog was never mentioned in the reports.
Officers also noted in their report that Horton was just a few feet from his home, which has a working bathroom.
I don't think you can be that drunk unless you're a Kennedy.
So it was Ted? ;)
Either one throws a speaker or one does not.
There is no tried.
Visualize whirled pees.
There is no tried.
Yoda be wise.
Is it against the law to be naked in front of a dog?
The first thought that entered my mind when I got your ping was - "You've got to be kiddin'!", then I thought - "Must've been drunk.", and sure enough....
Might be embarrassing for his family...apparently doesn't bother him.
"Pee, or pee not. There is no try."
Well, he can probably kiss any future Supreme Court appointment goodbye. :~)
LOL! Don't be to sure - could be a resume` enhancement should another Dem become president.
To pee or not to pee....that is the question.
Unless one throws a speaker that is still plugged in. :)
Pees in our thyme.
8^)..
Kudos.
Either the dog was sleeping or that's one dang lazy dog.
I know a criminal defense attorney in Chicago that insists that there is a specific law (or ordinance, I don't know) that forbids exposing oneself to a blind person.
If it had been my dog, he'd have taken it as a challenge and peed right back at the guy. A real pi$$ing match that'd be.
