For we are not contending against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12 RSV

Then they cried to the LORD in their trouble,
and he delivered them from their distress;
he sent forth his word, and healed them,
and delivered them from destruction.
Let them thank the LORD for his steadfast love,
for his wonderful works to the sons of men!

Psalm 107: 19-21

Ask, and it will be given you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For every one who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.

Or what man of you, if his son asks him for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a serpent?

If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!

Matthew 7:7-11

Please join us in this important call to prayer!

I personally am pledging time between 8-9 AM ET (6-7 MT).

Pegita has pledged the 11pm time slot (not sure which time zone)

Please let me know if you want to do this and when you would like to do it. Let me know your time zone, too! And feel free to post your own prayers here as well.

And if you have lists that might be interested, please ping them.

(If I've pinged you more than once, I apologize - I merged 3 ping lists for this one time ping)

"Lord, I agree with Your Word and ask that You cause those who are opposed to law and order to realize they are striving against YOU, from Whom come law and order. I pray that those we have put in power in America will prove trustworthy. I pray that those who prove trustworthy will be properly honored here and in the hereafter. I pray that those who prove themselves treacherous will be cast out of office and not lead us astray. I pray that the 'huddled masses' around the world will realize that the HOPE of America can be theirs, if they will apply the Biblical principles of America's founding to their own land. I pray that these people will not covet what is in America but will trust You to help them, right where they are. I pray that wisdom will be given to the downtrodden everywhere--that they will realize that hope and freedom come not from Communism but from obeying Scripture. I pray that the eyes of the 'disenfranchised' will be opened in every land to see through the schemes of those who seek to manipulate them for selfish ends. I pray that we in America will turn from our own lukewarm brands of religion and 'rend our hearts, not our garments.' I pray that America will be quick to help, individually and as a nation, those lawful yet less blessed in every other land, that America may yet be a City on a Hill and a Light unto the World, in Jesus' Name, amen.

Good idea, thanks!

Let's see...keeping in mind my work schedule and committments... I think I can block out...7:30-8:00 P.M. PST specifically every day BUT I'll pledge to send constant prayer throughout the day and likely spend more than that half hour, just cannot commit to a specific time frame beyond that at this time.

Thank you, KAC, for posting this prayer need. My time will be 11 pm EDT to midnight.

Heavenly Father, we return to thank You for this call to prayer for our nation's people and our beloved country. By the Power of the Holy Spirit, lead us in thought and word before the Throne of Grace, that we might discern Your will and that we, from the least to the greatest, would follow Your way.

In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ we pray, Amen ...

I pledge whatever hour is left and offer a mass.

America is the world's last hope... if she goes down, there shall never be another like her.

God bless our leaders and cover them with the gifts and fruits of the Holy Spirit.

..always keeping in mind that these prayers are not against people

but against an unseen enemy who seeks to destroy the republic and all that is good about it.

Pray for strength to stand on Godly principle, not in an attitude of haughtiness nor pride.

Pray for protection of the nation and the brave watchmen who stand on the wall and say, "..nothing will hurt you tonight--not on my watch..."

6. But the thing was displeasing in the sight of Samuel when they said, "Give us a king to judge us." And Samuel prayed to the LORD.
7. The LORD said to Samuel, "Listen to the voice of the people in regard to all that they say to you, for they have not rejected you, but they have rejected Me from being king over them.
8. "Like all the deeds which they have done since the day that I brought them up from Egypt even to this day--in that they have forsaken Me and served other gods--so they are doing to you also.
9. "Now then, listen to their voice; however, you shall solemnly warn them and tell them of the procedure of the king who will reign over them."
10. So Samuel spoke all the words of the LORD to the people who had asked of him a king.
11. He said, "This will be the procedure of the king who will reign over you: he will take your sons and place them for himself in his chariots and among his horsemen and they will run before his chariots.
12. "He will appoint for himself commanders of thousands and of fifties, and some to do his plowing and to reap his harvest and to make his weapons of war and equipment for his chariots.
13. "He will also take your daughters for perfumers and cooks and bakers.
14. "He will take the best of your fields and your vineyards and your olive groves and give them to his servants.
15. "He will take a tenth of your seed and of your vineyards and give to his officers and to his servants.
16. "He will also take your male servants and your female servants and your best young men and your donkeys and use them for his work.
17. "He will take a tenth of your flocks, and you yourselves will become his servants.
18. "Then you will cry out in that day because of your king whom you have chosen for yourselves, but the LORD will not answer you in that day."

I will continue to pray for our leaders to uphold and enforce the law...if it be God's will.

He who turns away his ear from listening to the law, Even his prayer is an abomination.

Dear Lord, God, Almighty . . . and all the ships at sea . . .

LET GOD ARISE AND HIS ENEMIES BE SCATTERED!

May the liars, traitors, demonized, satanic globalists be exposed for what they are, who they are and what their goals and aims are.

May the blinders fall from the eyes of at least all those who call themselves Christians.

May corruption at every level be exposed, excised, burned out and sent to the pit.

May humble, balanced, wise, Spirit-filled Believers in our Lord Jesus The Christ take over positions of power and influence in every level of government; in the media; in the military; in universities; and particularly in all areas having to do with immigration.

In Jesus' Precious Name. So let it be said. So let it be done.

I am normally compelled to pray for our President at 3:00 A.M. (Eastern) so 2:30 A.M. would work for me.

Am I correct in believing that we will be praying for our leaders to do God's will...not for God to do our will?

We are asking God to be the decider!

I don't believe I'll join your thread...I have already prayed and continue to ask God to strengthen the House of Representatives to defeat this immigration sham...

This thread will have people praying for amnesty, praying against amnesty and others washing their hands of it and laying it on God to decide...

Just a bunch of confusion...

KAC,

You are the one that we all look to, to bring us to solemn prayer, for just about anything.

This is one of the most difficult issues our country has faced in recent times.

God bless you for everything you do!

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.
And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
