What do you do to relax, chill-out un-wind and de-stress besides chatting with other freepers?

Helpful tips thread...

I'll have you know that I am a member in good standing of the Save the Skeet Foundation!
I think that it's a crying shame that almost ALL of the Skeet in the world will be shot JUST for the sport of it!

Our local gun club is also highly involved in this wasteful sport, I can testify that I know of several cases of Skeet being shot for no appearant reason other than target practice!

shoot; teach a martial art to a bunch of teenagers; hunt whitetail deer; golf (then I need to shoot again to re-relax); Guinness and a Hemmingway Masterpiece...

Right now I deep into organizing FReeps Ahoy 4, the freeper cruise to the Caribbean. Takes up a lot of my time.

In the spare time I don't have, I listen to classical music, write political satire poems and doggerel, bake homemade old-world German coffee cakes, and continue decorating my new digs.

When the weather warms up, I'll be biking, walking, sunning and swimming at our condo pool or the private beach we enjoy on the gulf. Life is good in Florida. No complaints.

Leni/Bahama Mama (...see my tag line).

If I was doing doors for a living those door tools would be right up my alley, otherwise thats a pretty cool site to look up tools. Thanks for the link. I order from cumminstools.com or Harborfrieght at times. Now that Home Depot opened up two blocks away I'll have to control myself

Yes, those are definitely production tools. Much cheaper templates are available, and may be worthwhile if you are doing lots of doors.

I understand about the $$ control issue in Home Depot.

Yeah, yeah, yeah... :>

Back up, regroup, try again.

Shot holes in paper, shoot pool, ride motorcycles and women.

Either I'd not had enough coffee or too much.

(Ok JR, I'm still just joking around.)

I regularly pull +6 -3 - but have gone higher.

Whoops... sorry!

Actually Pearland, about 25-30 miles north ... it's an easy drive down.

I unwind by:

1. Taking a hot relaxing bath with soft music

2. I attend a Bible/Jesus teaching church once a week

3. Pray every morning while getting ready for work

4. Watch movies with hubby until late into the night cuddled on the couch

;P

Filll up the jacuzzi with hot water, sea salts, open the bathroom door and let the world inside, lay back and relax and watch my flowers grow, the squirrels hop along the fence, the sun rise in the morning. Feel the breezes from outside, an occasional leaf falls on the floor of the bathroom...listen to sounds of my neighbor's waterfall... .
