KITTEN HAIKU
We want tuna too!!!
Dry food is okay, but we
Need protiens to grow
Need to find a place
That belongs to me alone
Just me and my thoughts
Piled up for a nap
Curled up and snuggled in close
Purrs trill in my ears
Watching and learning
Climbing up a tree. Claws deep
Reach. Pull. Push. Repeat
Drapes are easier
Soft under my paws. Not so
Far to fall or drop
Flowers should be free!
Not in things that tip over
When we get too close!
Brothers and Sisters
We play and sleep and sometimes
Fight, but not for long
Humans in the bed
We like to nap with them to
Keep them in their place
