"Dorothy runs away from home, taking Toto with her. Runs into Frank Morgan as Professor Marvel."
If you have Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon" you're supposed to turn the sound down on your TV and then start the record after the third roar of the MGM lion. Unfortunately, the movie has already started.

With 4 kids, i couldn't affford to be without it. A months bill is roughly equal to one one-hour session with a shrink.

Didnt Turner The Grinch take The Wizard of Oz away from the free airwaves when he bought MGM's film library?

Were you aware that a channel number is useless without knowing your immediate metropolitan area?
Ditto the time, unless you provide a time zone.

My sanity is at stake too, but so far I have kept away from the funny farm with the help of videotapes (that is, the hundreds upon hundreds of hours of movies and tv shows I taped off of cable tv when I still had cable), and then DVD, and with the help of rent DVDs by mail services (Netflix and Blockbuster)

Were you aware that a channel number is useless without knowing your immediate metropolitan area? Yes. Everyone in New York knows that channel 11 is a local channel. I put NBC for the second because obviously NBC is a national network (in New York, thats channel 4)

"New York" should be a clue.

"The Wizard of Oz" is one of my favorite movies.

Is NOOYAWK an American territory worthy of my consideration, or something? Its the first seat of the Federal Government, before the founding Fathers moved it to DC. Its where the National Rifle Association is registered as a corporation. Its where The Wizard of Oz is playing right now as I write this.

Did the average, dumbass redneck predict that the North would win the war between the states? Didnt think so.
Scarecrow and Dorothy meets Tin Man.
We're off to see the Wizard........
