I bank the coals to one (or 2) sides for everything I cook. My wife buys some kind of premade burgers for parties that are made of 50% fuel, so it seems, and they don't flare up if I keep the coals to 1 side.

Yeah. I didn't click the UFO/Alien one.
Back in the early spring (Winter in Vermont) while helping out my BIL during maple syrup season, his son grilled up some awesome moose steaks. Damn fine eating!

OK, enough. You do your thing, I'll do mine. Check out This document from the FDA
You better stop eating a lot of foods. Peanut butter can have up to 30 insect fragments per 100 grams. Or one rodent hair.
"Tomato paste, pizza and other sauces" can have up to 30 fly eggs per 100 grams. Or 15 eggs and one maggot.
Frozen strawberries may test up to 45% for mold contamination.

I love shishkabobs, but the kids eat all the meat and leave me the veggies. That's ok, but I like to have some meat with them.
I soak eerything in Kikoman soy sauce for a while & drizzle it on while cooking. My neighbors go nuts over the awesome smell.

I was thinking about barbecuing some Johnsonville bratwursts, but how to do it on a Weber charcoal grill without burning it easily is going to be a lot of fun.... Boil 'em in beer and onion beforehand. Just use the grill to char 'em.

Your screenname is a complete misnomer, as I have staed on several occasions. It should be DouchebagDave.

Cabrito, Pinto Beans, my wife's German Potato salad, fresh tortillas, cantalope, and homemade peach ice cream.
I do the Cabrito, and the beans, she takes care of the rest. Then after dark we go into town and watch the fireworks display.

Are you aware the FDA allows up to 12% moose droppings in douchebags? I read it on the internet.
