Cool!
I worked with a guy who spent the previous 2 years working on some new rail line & the towers there. He loved KL, Hated the snakes) but mostly missed the American food. He was a Newfie.
If I'm ever there, I will look you up!

Okay, what does the beer do? The alcohol/hoppy water boils off and marinates the chicken from the inside out or what?
I've never heard of a drunk chicken but I'm willing to try to do one.

You know, neither have I. Conservatives in CT are almost as rare as FReepers in Malaysia. I will meet up with some this summer, though. Iehter at a race track not far from here or this Tuesday in New London to protest the recent Kelo SCOTUS decision.

Stop it you guys!!
I'm drooling all over my keyboard.
Not sure what I'm going to cook but homemade ice cream is always on the July 4 menu.
My favorite home made is banana.
Oh, Lowe's Foods has packaged baby back ribs for $2.98/lb.
My wife cooks them in a covered roasting pan at 250 for 5 hrs. then adds sauce. Exceptional, fall off the bone tender and juicy.

Right about now we're hoping the whole township won't be on fire by then.

Where do you live?
The Forest Service just flew another 40 or so smoke jumpers in here (Galena) and they are working an area just northeast of here (east of Bettles).
It's been raining here for about 8 hours now so hopefully that will help.
