Goodnight Dear Miss Feather and Fellow Larites . . . see you tomorrow.
Precious graphic, and I love the haiku.
Good night, Hope and thank you.
Night in Your Garden
Soft, I see the glow of marsh gas spirits brave,
now aimless drifting on an ebon eve so free.
As the breeze does kiss so tender soft,
and I am lost in the depth of retrospection.
The reeds along the pond shore wave,
like rhythmic waves upon a dark sea.
Night bird song does so gently waft,
transporting one willing to seek adaptation.
The stars beg to be counted, memories to save,
and I am so willing to be just let the world be.
My spirit floats free, released to go aloft,
and I relax here in your garden, a souls bastion.
Oops, grabbed the rough draft again! (to bad we can't edit these posts!!!!)

I wrote this poem yesterday. I tried to post it last night, but something came along and I did not get it on the board. It's not wordy, but thought it a little ironic we both wrote about a garden.
My story tells of love
in an old garden
blooming
opening a window to my soul.
"thought it a little ironic we both wrote about a garden."
Great Minds, Same Garden?
Actually, gardens are place in which the mind can lift to new heights, and hear wind song, and wings buzz, setting ideas free.
"Great Minds, Same Garden?"
Great minds.....different garden.....both good!
Thanks.

Good evening, ms. marlowe.
Thank You.
Lovely song. Isn't it amazing how mystical Ireland is?? I for one am captivated by the music, the lore, the history and the poetry.
